Looks smart mate. Such an opportunity for a how to here Yet to do mine. When you say there is a way to get to the clips on the pillar trims, how?
-
I think your right Nick, although I think it's the bushes that are differing sizes isn't it?? Like you said, hopefully someone can chirp in

I'm sure when I was discussing with the previous owner it was a couple of years ago. There is a kwik fit (yes he was a mug) receipt and one part of it is for £190 but I can't make out the description. Could be that, I'm going to attempt to call them tomorrow to make some sense of it.

Just figured out mines been 7 years :-O Think that's now at the top of the priority list.

Good thread that.

I oddly find she's more clunky when driving sensibly. Quick driving it's fine lol. Said bolt? You got a seized one on the box?
-
Don't think they come off without snapping lol

It'll be done in about 2 years then

Exactly that mate. The land rover stuff is supposed to be the same and you can buy after market stuff, but IMO, it was £36 and I have 800ml left over, so willingly need to buy 2l next time, it's worth it. It's easier than engine oil Nick. Little square socket thing and a 17mm just above to fill it up. The only difficulty is refilling, as it's a tight spot. The way I did it, was with a funnel, with an extendable, flexible end, took intake off and went down from that way. Took me less than half hour.

And he verdict is ..... It's alt smoother. Very happy

Blooming heck, wouldn't expect to see that much on a clay bar from yours mate! Nice work though, dread to think what mine will look like. Wheels look really smart.
-
Finance!!! Noooooooo...... Great news chap. Looking forward to the pics! Your brother did it? How did it go!?
-
Quick clean and hear box oil change this morning. Also lined up the tubing for my extended intake. Want the filter right behind the light, it's a little close to the block atm. Yet to drive, but hoping the box feels smoother

It's the bearing in the water pump that usually let's go. And that's down to new belts being out on and tightening it up, then as the belt wears it slackens off. And then it obv starts again when you replace the belt. Think they're only about £50 so worth doing. Tensioner is a must IMO.

Bloody hell that's a lot!! Surprised honda undercut them, but good news for you!!
-
It's definitely possible with a lot of work and cash
