    Sorry to hear that things are not working out for you with the car, but it passed the MOT so it can't be that bad My Aerodeck is the same at the moment. Hand-brake is still sh!t after new hand'brake cables, calipers, disc and pads, rattling noise coming from the rear (feels like the rear shock absorber is knackered as it's not absorbing anything) and loads of other silly annoying things. I'm quite a layed back person but just a few days ago I lost my rag with the car. I have never lost it like that before But I should know better really Just keep at it mate, everytime something breaks least it's an good excuse to upgrade

    I haven't been paying attention on here this week. Been so busy lately! I fit an replacement ignition barrel (thanks to Anthony Poole) but now I have to use 3 keys The original key for the Aerodeck is taped to the ring receiver / immobilizer so I can start the car, or the immobilizer will kick-in leaving a flashing green light appearing on the dash. Another key which comes with the ignition barrel and then only to find out I cannot lock the car because the original key is taped to the receiver... (A spare key didn't come with the Aerodeck) -.- So I used the door handle and key from my old Civic to lock/unlock the car Least it all works a treat! I will get photos up tomorrow, oh yeah the VTi lip is still isn't done but I have made a start on de-chroming

    The wing is bad... and I feel bad But I hope to get a replacement one later on this week in Pirates Black Also the the bumper lip has gone for a respray but not in Pirates Black, unfortunately... Won't notice it that much anyway I think. The wing Couple pics of my Black Pearl and my mates 6

    Yep, good job I got a pay rise huh I just got offered a ignition barrel, transponder and MB6 ECU. Obviously the ECU will be useless for my engine but hopefully everything else is plug and play

    Poxy car playing up again... Drove to Halfords to buy a proper sub wiring kit. Turn the ignition off and took the key out and the engine was still running. So I stalled the car, popped into Halfords and then goes to start the car, the ignition barrel was seized solid. It's almost impossible to get it off the steering lock and when I manage to get the key to turn, car still won't start!! 15 minutes later being stuck in the carpark and fiddling around with the key, I managed to get the car to start. I got home and it basically done the same thing again. At this point I got really pi$$ed off. I ment to kick the wheel but I completely missed and kicked the wing. Sort of funny but now I need a new wing...

    The old girl had a good life atleast haha. When I first got the Aerodeck I wasn't feeling anything from it. It almost felt like I was loss interest to start modifying all over again. But after a month I have fell in-love with it and now have enthusiasm to get her up to scratch! How many miles have your MB3 done again? My Aerodeck has 160'000 miles on the clock. Still pulls like a train and no smoke
