  1. I misread and thought you were just changing Honda interior into Rover. Full parts swop? WTF? Buy a VTI instead?
  2. Mate, yer aff yer heid! Cruisin aboot toon with different coloured wheels, people must double take if they notice it parked up
  3. He's keeping things interesting! Good to see the different looks he's going for
  4. Buy Meister R coilovers mate. You will be able to set the height the same as your MG setup whilst stiffening or softening the ride with ease via a top shocker adjustable knob on each coilover. Job done
  5. I can understand why you ditched the type r if it was costing a fortune mate. I have a feeling Gayle was an influence on the new car! Looks good mate, not sure about the colour but then it doesnt look a common colour so ok in my eyes
  6. When i was younger i used a hammer to dent some of my cast car collection to give 'accident damage' so then when i rolled them on the carpet, it had realistic damage..... ...in my eyes though
  7. Your probably there but you can park it in my drive and i can give u a lift to airport? Im only 15 mins away
  8. It should just be a case of a 'hook' on the bootlid catch clicking over the fixed part on boot sill. Unless the release cable is somehow causing it to not hold shut.
  9. Not good mate. Sods law springs to mind. Can you not try and use screwdriver and move the catch back on bootlid?
  10. Why not get a set of wide steelies like @marv Those are nice and different mind you
  11. I did actually buy a set of rota grid v alloys in copper. Unfortunately I had just bought new tyres then decided I wanted wheels. The tyres were too wide Dinochips on here fitted the same wheels shortly after and went 195/40/16 and they fitted. With all the adjustable suspension arms and rolled arches, you will be ok getting them to fit
