    No idea, never had to buy top mounts, perks of buying equipment intended for the purpose

    I think they were just over tightened but least they've come off in the end!

    A few battle scars already makes it less annoying when another appears. I always feel some improvement after a service or at least fresh oil dude, maybe we're just weird though

    Has it got enough oil in? As if it's low then the ECU will disengage it to protect the motor.

    Only thing I can think of is the rear caliper pistons wind in rather than just push in. Otherwise it's straight forward.

    Damn you Roj The Greenmax's I had were surprisingly good for the money! They'd let go if I tried hard enough but gave me confidence in the wet whilst driving normally.

    Then my other saying "Go cheap, go twice" applies.... I've been in cars with the cheap eBay stuff and I about knocked myself out with my moobs because of how bouncy they were, I'm seriously not a fan.

    They are! And they really are terrible in the wet, can't wait to get them changed but at the same time it seems a waste to change them with so much tread left!

    Of course mate, I remember the first time I did it when I was 18, hadn't been driving that long anyway, it was pouring with rain, other side of the road etc. Great learning curve! Signs are fairly similar to ours, rules of the road are similar too. When we drove to Le Mans I purposely drove slow out of the port onto the motorway for about half an hour to let the others get settled, basically when they started moaning to speed up I gradually took our convoy up to the posted speed limit and people seemed to get on okay. We only had one mishap where someone went the wrong side of a refuge
