  1. I've kept the OEM cold air feed from the now modified lower part of the airbox. I think it's too cold out to notice any heatsoak and I haven't actually done much more than ten miles or so around town to notice The filter is massive though
  2. Cool, will keep an eye out then! Looking forward to seeing new stuff!
  3. So this weekend with the help of my older brother and use of the garage he works in I have checked over the car. It occasionally hesistate/hiccups on part throttle, seems worse when cold/warming up but does it when warm too. I have checked the plugs, which look used but okay, coil packs which are fine, timing chain which is tight as it should be, timing is spot on too. Also plugged it into a diagnostic machine in case of any stored codes (No EML showing) and there were none. So I'm happy for now there's not any thing major causing it but alas I am none the wiser to why she does it but I'll have to leave it until it becomes more obvious as there's no point replacing parts without knowing if they will cure it. So with that I set about fitting an S2000 filter to her, it's lovely on tap! Quick couple of clips, excuse the rev limiter, despite it being dry, the Toyo's do not grip well. My younger brother is also terrible at filming it seems, despite being a camera man http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v354/Krzysio/Civic%20Type%20R/th_34027870-4865-4B69-A3E5-E21A60B3144A_zpsh66yvniv.mp4 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v354/Krzysio/Civic%20Type%20R/th_AEF1CC4D-4645-40E1-BD74-E5C2D24BAB11_zpsnuofhvpj.mp4
  4. Because of midpipe hanging low do you mean? Sounds like some interesting bits are coming soon then! Yes you do need to get that bonnet fitted!
  5. Not heard of that gauge breaking before. Hope it's something simple like a corroded connection?
  6. Man that sucks, people's driving in Notts is abysmal at the best of times! Least it's not any more than the wing and bumper but hassle you don't need all the same!
  7. AWD is great most of the time anyway, I know what you mean!
  8. Alignment's are one of the most overlook basic TLC parts of ownership.
  9. They should just do it anyway!
  10. I think only @philgor and @dr_broon can match or top that mileage!
  11. I tried aluminium nuts last year and the first time I took a wheel off some of the threads started to distort, I wasn't confident with them to be honest and quickly replaced for steel ones which sadly didn't look as good.
  12. I think there's only two shades of green for the M?
  13. Not sure about the viscosity of oil but certainly low oil pressure would stop it as well.
