Chances are that the plugs were probably way overdue a change or there is an underlying problem if they can get into a state where they fall apart!

N/A upgrades will cost loads for not much gain, turbo/supercharger conversions will be the easiest way.

I'm quite calm about mine, I guess it's because I was kind of expecting to do it, just not as soon as I am and also because I already have the contingency plan because of having to be without before I'm not in a panic about it.

200kg is a lot of weight to have less, B18C4 in a DC2, are you sure? Usually a C6 (UK spec) or B18C (JDM).

Nah not bothered with the Accord, mostly I walk to work but on my QMC days I'll get a lift to City for 7 then bus w@nker over to QMC on the free shuttle, then same back to City and walk home after. Evenings and weekends I'll use mothers Corsa or the old mans S class (preferred choice) or get a lift! I'm keeping hold of these lights short term, MOT in July so just in case
