I'm hoping thats the explanation for the horrific noise coming from mine, on that note will the shims make noise when your not braking? As well as when you are?

Aha! good shout forgot that was there, its just a checkbox that says "increase screen sensitivity" but it seems to have done the trick

is it happening as soon as you let go of the key? it might be the ignition barrel, mines like that and I've heard it happen to a few other folk, try starting it and then letting the key back really slowly rather than just letting go of it, mine was intermittent initially and got worse untill i couldn't start it at all, it was then i figured out the trick with the key.

well, got mine, like you said impressed with toughness of it.... however it was a bit of a pain to get it to fit, and have the screen still working, ended up having to pack a couple of layers of paper behind the phone at the bottom to get all of the screen working, and even then you have to lean on the screen a bit to get it to register

Well if you are prep aired to pay for it then the only thing I can recommend is the miesterR's they are unbelievably good and they make them specifically for our cars

ooo, i had been planning on getting an otterbox for my S4 when ive got the cash, seeing as ive had one broken screen already, if thats as good as you say it is might have to look into an s4 version (seeing as the otter box is like 80 quid ><)

Not 100% sure personally but I know EG ones fit so they might, if they do fit you will probably have to take into account the fact that the back of the aerodeck is significantly heavier than an EK, so if your coilovers arn't adjustable that might be a problem. Someone on here will be able to answer more definitively but that's as much as I know lol

indeed, also i wasn't particularly talking about cone filters, just the cold air feed, most people will agree that the best setup is an oem dc2 air box WITH a cold air feed (i however don't personally have any experience with them so can only go on what other people have said)

I'm not disagreeing with you, im just saying that if mcm were going to make their point properly they should have used an N/A car, it wouldn't have mattered if they were using supercooled air in that skyline it still wouldn't have done anything

As much as I love mcm I would like to point out that the test on cold air intakes is inherently flawed, testing it on a car that is sucking air into a massive HOT turbo and then cooling it again in an intercooler is not going to show any change whatsoever They need to test it again with moogs s2000!
