Yeah I'm not sure it's gonna catch on but very clever. No throttle plate Is weird. Engine speed entirely controlled by variable valves.

Interesting concept. I'm not even going to try and explain it. Take a look at this.. http://pattakon.com/pattakonRollerLight.htm

Unfortunately guys the company my mate works for doesn't sell to public. he said he can get odd sets for family and friends that's it.
-
Is the fan coming on also??
-
Hmm well I won't tell you what I paid for a pair from him. Not sure if they normally sell to the public.. but again I will ask
-

Random observation but is that a obd bluetooth dongle sticking out behind center console in one of your pics? What's that connected too?? And can you use torque pro??

Love the lights mate. I recently replaced both rear hubs on our eu8 civic because of horrendous bearing noise. Turns out the Avon tyres in good condition on the rear were responsible wasn't happy as forked out on hubs and lost a day at work to fit them. Couldn't believe tyres could make that noise

One of my very bestest friend rebuilds calipers for a living. He says these "rover type" calipers fail because the bearing under the handbrake lever rusts and seizes.
-
You wanna see if the handbrake leaver on each caliper moves freely when you apply hand brake. If they do then you probably just need to clean and grease up the sliders on the carriers.
-
Ah mate that's disgusting!!! Gutted for you especially on the rear quarter. Can't even replace the panel. Some People are a disgrace

Looking good dude. If you haven't already done something... I found liquid shoe polish is very good on the bolster. Ya know the little bottle with a foam pad thingy on the nozzle. Dries on so no rubbing off

Man I hate looking at this thread. I get a severe jealousy kick in. Such a beautiful car. Seriously If I had a hat which I don't I would be taking bit off to you -
To be fair dude. I might drive it once a month if that. My wife will use it.If I need to go out I can be screaming above 5krpm Using The Fuel Up That's Being Saved In The Mazda.

Neither could I really just in the end thought spend a bit more and find a nice one. I test drove one a year older that had massive spec. Flip up sat nav, dvd, fold down screen in rear. But it was the same price and just felt loose and worn to drive. This one is lesser spec but much better to drive.
