  2. I flipping ain't. Not bad IM not bothered by it. Just I recognise that sound anywhere. Tuned into it'll. But it shifts and it's very slight so it's fine.
  3. Hafookingha don't ever wanna see a gearbox again. Bain of my life. Decks developing a slight growl at low speeds aswell. so guess that'll be next on the list.
  4. It's about 20 quid dearer from Honda. May not sound a lot but every little helps at the minute.
  5. Alright cheers guys I think I'll just risk it then.. I think I've got to it just in time because the rivets are flush with friction material. And are scratched but the flywheel doesn't have any deep gouges or anything. So reckon I'll just stick it back in theN. Thanks alot
  6. car looks sweet to be fair real nice. Fair play fixing it up. Congrats on the old Baby shenanigans!! Sure baby will appreciate straight though. But only if it's decat aswell!
  7. @noodels for the bearing?

  9. @Grant haha nice one managed to slip the old f word though the net. Yeah should have realised And just bought exedy, trying to penny pinch. Think I'll ring tegiwa back tomorow. Tell them f**k it give me a refund. I'll go honda and pay through the nose at least I'll get the part.
  10. Cheers Andrew. Does seem expensive for resurface I'd imagine there just gonna scuff the surface. And not take any material off to any sort of accuracy. Thanks for ya help ill decide what im gonna do with it tomorow.
  11. Bargain. The idea is any part of your rear quarter that is rotten. Can be cut out and replaced with a section from that replacement panel.
  12. Lesson learned. Equally think the f1 clutch I've took put was s**t aswell. Rivets all loose. And it had oem pressure plate on anyway cus the pressure plate failed about 3 months after fitting
  13. phoned up tegiwa about my input shaft bearing.. man that place sucks I absolutely hate them useless t****rs. when I ordered I put a friendly note on saying please dispatch asap so I can get my car back on the road. Marked as dispatched on ebay. Estimated delivery date 4th May. Rang em today said they haven't even got the part in stock due in Monday. So ill get it Tuesday. I was like what the heck you've marked it dispatched. Lost my rag and hung up. I've booked Wednesday off to fit gearbox back. So if I get bearing Tuesday means I've gotta hammer it all back together Tuesday night after kids gone bed. Rush job. Not happy!! Also my clutch turned up asked for a refund was a right flimsy waste of time. so now ordered an exedy dc2 clutch For peace of mind. Will get there eventually

  17. Fairly into anal.. but it's just a pain in the arse and getting expensive buying that bloody car back
  18. Hey hey.. Please excuse my amateurish question here. but last new clutch In my car was fitted with a brand new ITR flywheel. now I'm changing clutch again. I'm looking at having the flywheel resurfaced. But is it really necessary??? I ask because this job is already becoming very expensive for me. Only local Place i know want 45+vat to resurface. And I'm struggling to get it to them due to working. So my question is really.. do you guys have flywheel resurfaced when you change clutches and if not are there any real problems occurIng? To be fair mine has some noticeable wear but it not massively scored or uneven in my opinion. Thanks for any advice.
  19. Me too. I sanded it. Masked off square round each hinge. Stone chipped it. And gobbed some waxoyl on top. Weird
  20. I wasn't recommending it. Someone told me that's how they did there's that's all.yeah I seen the adapter to use air. Good stuff.
  21. There's a few splits in the spring coating nothing major tho. Suppose best do the rears aswell.
  22. Stripped and clean the front coilies and gave the bodies a quick once over freshen up the paint. One seized perch but managed to get it moving thankfully! From: To:
