    I've got a sports cat and an oem dc2 4-2-1 mani, which i think is 2.25. Loving the gear box... Just seems so much more usable. It's very happy doing 30 in 4th and seems like it's more economical round the doors, but is got much more poke at the same time, and 5th is a tiny bit longer than the s9b when you take the fd into account.

    Mine's done this since I got the car nearly 7 years ago and when it was standard, so mods shouldn't be affecting it.

    I've always thought that it was like on an old car with a choke, and you didn't have the right setting on. Whenever I've changed something ignition wise I've always hoped that would solve it, leads, dizzy cap, then dizzy, and o2 sensor is next on my list. The o2 sensor went on my old carina and the symptoms were the same, just that did it at any time, normally when it was hot.

    Mine has done this for years - but mine only does it when it's beeb running and has cooled. It's never done it from properly cold. Over got a new o2 sensor to fit and was hoping that was it

    Think I'd have the boot spoiler itn white, but it looks quite cool in black... Bit different. Maybe needs more black detail on the boot to help tie it in?

    Cheers chaps.. Will get some more pics. Loving having the wide wheels again grippy grip grip grip. Also loving the rainsport 3s.. At least as good as the twos were, but so much quieter. Will know better after some more driving than the morning commute

    Well there's a little bubbling starting on the bottom door side of both arch pillar bits (if you know what I mean) so need to get that sorted at the same time.

    I've hacked away at mine... Think that @DAVEMB2 has done something similar? I've no evidence for it making any more power, but you can hear it better, especially with a k&n
