    Cap is three bolts, easy unless the bottom one is rusted and rounded.

    You may have got water in your dizzy cap, I know you jetwashed the bay recently so it could be wet from that and every time there's lots of moisture around makes it worse. Ignition switch sounds like it needs changing.

    I think if you're doing that sort of mileage on a daily basis, dirty diesel is the best choice really, at least with a few choice tweaks you can have a massive wedge of torque. Little bit of lows and it will be a decent daily.

    They're not the best but they're in no way ditchfinders either, I've not had any particularly scary moments in them and unless your going to go full pelt everywhere when it's wet and greasy I doubt you'll have any problems. Dry performance is great and I don't think you can do better for the money, go for it.
