C32 would be a bit special! I think the simplest upgrades are the b20 bottom end as said, gives more torque and easier power. Or just rebuild yours with a snail on the front. Definitely stay b series though.

Pffftt! I think you might be the dictionary definition of procrastination.

Try shutting it again and then retry opening, when I've had mine tilted and then try to open it fully it does this, a quick shut and it opens fine. Maybe once you've got it open it might be worth greasing the runners.
