  1. I am tempted to remove the rear seats later on this year as they never get used
  2. Mmm... might test fit it to mine and see how it fits. I got a feeling the EK lip won't sit flush around the edge of the MB bumper
  3. Bummer... I know someone who might be breaking a EK. Not sure if a EK lip will fit our MB's?
  4. You will get one! I desperately want a VTi-S lip kit and been wanting one for ages! Same to coilovers or springs
  5. Well... that's just sh!t. Can't even get started
  6. Not good... silicone inside and outside of the windscreen, like I did with mine! Did it sound louder without the interior and carpet?
  7. My car originally came from Somerset and had 2 lady owners from new, then my Dad drove it for 6 months and then I finally got on the road with it. Pretty sure I don't drive that bad to ruin the suspension since owning it I will buy a set of rear trailing bushes along with drop links too as they all seem pretty cheap! Drop links cost £12 and a pair of rear trailing arm bushes cost £18. Hopefully after that I'll replace the anti roll bar bushes for a nice set of Powerflex's and fit the front bottom tie bar (I know... I haven't fit that yet!) That should stiffen the ride up a bit!
  8. I don't think sport has anything to do with performance, might have stiffer shocks but I doubt that. The only difference I can see with the MB3 sport models, they have colour coded door handles and spoiler. Maybe more I have seen it a lot on Honda's that the trailing arm bushes can cause all sorts of strange behavior to the car. I will look more into it
  9. Mmm.... strange that. Might be what Roj and KiNK suggested, Depends how the car been treated. It didn't have a hard life until I got my hands on it
  10. There is no play on the drop links, seems all tight. Might replace them anyway as they don't cost much
  11. I always wanted to upgrade to powerflex ARB bushes, replace the top mounts and trailing arm bushes. But the money is never there!
  12. Oh no Just spent out a fair bit on a alarm system and now this...
  13. Some nice collection of Honda's! Some of them look very familiar, especially the burgundy EK with colour coded bumper strips, I am pretty sure I seen that before at a meet! It will be good to meet you and everybody else at Japfest. Last year was the first time I went to Japfest but without my MB3 because the gearbox was in pieces I met Mr.B, Krzys and few others and I think there was only 10 MB's on stand then. I hope I can make it this year as my apprenticeship course ends in May
  14. Cheers lads! ^^ Still nothing from the insurance company about the inspection, I hope they forgot about it I was working on a MB2 today (full service, disc & pads) and took it out for a test drive. Comparing it to my MB3, the MB2 felt so much better to drive! The MB3 is a lot faster but the MB2 felt more solid? Tighter turns, no roll going around corners and more precise steering. The MB2 is 100% standard and done 10'000 miles less than mine. It feels horrible driving my car now because somethings defiantly wrong. My car now feels like a boat compared to the MB2! I am a bit gutted to be honest
  15. That is one nice Accord! Simple but very effective! Did you smooth the bumpers and removed the door trims?
  16. I wasn't expecting that I actually quite like the Bora's. I driven a few customers Bora's and they don't hang about! I cannot quite make out what badge that is on the boot but what engines this one?
  17. Welcome! Apart from the gearbox and the body work, that is still pretty cheap for a VTi Aerodeck! The cover plate is a nice bargain purchase too, good start
  18. So you got no Honda after this one?
