I'd love to see the results from a dyno!

"What the Heck??" Smitty_Works MC3 Aerodeck
Krzys replied to Smitty_Works's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
Is it sticking? Could always rebuild it? Might be worth doing even after you replace it then you have a good spare. -
That's how I feel when I get into one of those new cars that have huge dashboards and you end up 2 or 3 feet further away from the windscreen!
-
I may have some clear side repeaters mate, I'll check and drop you a PM later (as long as I remember!)!
-
Yes, that has alarm bells ringing in my head!

My PB MB9 Aerodeck! Engine rebuild in progress
Krzys replied to vtec2011's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
x2, will look smart! Are you going for universal yellows like on mine and BHM's? -
I might yet get some pressed ones, just don't think the holder would stand out much or at all on PB!

Him Good bunch of goodies for you to go at there! -
Yes it is actually so much easier to just swap the whole thing as you will end up replacing the cap and rotor anyway just in good practise. The whole distributor is three bolts and an electrical connector, takes five minutes to swap! One in the link looks like it will do the job!

Cool! Does look smart!

Wow! That's sweet as, couldn't ask for a better base car!

Yeah you'll always miss the torque! But at least you can help the K20 out a bit, much easier to mod than the B series!
-
Sweet! Nice when it's something like that!
-
Nice one on the cup holder and the timer! Did any of those many diagrams help that were posted way back when you asked about it?
-
Yeah they are great out of the box, my older brother had an EP3 which I used to drive every now and then, easy to pot about in but fun when you want it!
-
You'd have a better chance of finding rocking horse poop mate, boss Dave is the only person I know of to have had one done and that wasn't meant to have happened!

I know what you mean, hardcore owners put the older type onto their newer cars! They are a 50/50 for me depending on mood, don't think the look has aged well!
-
I can't say I know of anyone selling any! It's not a standard colour they came in so any would be sprayed up to varying degrees of success.

Probably just spray it, or make a few other bits blue to match like calipers?

The same as when I fitted a head unit into my brothers EU then! He's not fussed either though, good job because he wasn't paying me enough.....or at all I prefer face lifted ones too, compare the front ends and you'll see why, shape of the lower part of the front bumper/lip shows it all.

If sitting there making noises counts then I'd say yes!

I bet it's decent on the country lanes! Get some wheels, coilovers and a good geo and that'll make it seem like it has a bigger engine once it's able to carry more speed!
