  1. Do you have a project thread mate? You need one to be able to enter.
  2. We try to organise one but last year we didn't have enough interest.
  3. I have that code in my notes on my phone being as it's for my car! Comes in handy when I forget, which seems to be a lot at the minute!
  4. I really like how they look! Once I get the wheels back on I can adjust them properly. Still need to look at tidying up the bay as the ballasts and cable going across the bay are just dumped in there at the minute Just spoke to the place doing the calipers, mine are only just getting shot-blasted today, looking to paint Monday then rebuild Tuesday. Another weekend without the car then...bored now! They did say they had a lot of work on, no good for anyone who can't be without their car though!
  5. Nothing new to report, just bored! Bought myself a brake line spanner set, might only just it the once but will probably come in handy at some point! Chasing up the calipers today as it's now the 7th working day. They said 5-7 days so gave them the benefit of the doubt that they meant working days.
  6. Awesome! You'll get the loving feeling again once she's all done mate!
  7. I just annoy the neighbours
  8. Saxo, you poor guy! I'm slumming it in mothers rattly Corsa so I feel your pain! Glad it's behaving now! On the subject or second hand/pattern VS OEM parts, you know what you pay for will do that job as intended, certain parts second hand or pattern from motor factors are perfectly fine too, I think it's just certain important things that make a difference like say brake calipers, OEM ones may last 10 years without trouble and a pattern part might only last 2 or 3?
  9. I had the MG stuff on my previous M and it was a decent cheap upgrade to the standard stuff but the Meister's on the current M are in a league of their own!
  10. The neck on the air filter itself is angled, Tom managed to turn his over so his ITR airbox points at the offside corner and uses the air feed hole in the corner.
  11. Nice! I had been looking at "Tuner nuts" that have an internal drive key for them all, sounds like the same thing yours have but I couldn't find them in the colour I wanted in the correct size so just gone for regular style anodised reds with locking nuts separately for now! Needed something to bin off the ally ones I've got as they've pretty much fallen apart after less than a handful of uses!
  12. Getting there dude! Looks much better inside there now!

Adhering to the posted speed limits of course prevents one from exceeding the limits of grip the car has to offer
  14. I have a genuine Type R gear knob and a Type R style leather gaiter to go with it!
  15. I like gathering parts, means I'll have a good day's graft coming up!
  16. All these silly words, bad enough when "sick" meant good!
  17. CV joint or drive shaft?

Usually think about taking photo's then realise my hands are filthy and don't want to ruin the phone
  19. Ah they're nuts are they? Mad looking nuts! I only quoted them because that's what I was asking about!
  20. But that in my case I ordered from the same people and didn't have a problem as did a few others. Being optimistic I'd like to think your bad experience with them was a minority.
