  5. Haha! Glad to see you finally got a project thread going mate! I got a special soft spot for this particular M.......my first ever drive of vtec, and my first ever drive of an mb6 was in black betty! Was that drive that convinced me to get an mb6 (I still blame adam for my fuel consumption now! lmao ) She's looking sweet mate, loving the brakes and the engine bay! The headlights really change the look at the front eh! Will be following this one for sure, keep up the good work! PS: totally agree...........GRR the best reg ever!!!!
  6. Wow! You've really transformed her from the first pics mate! That last one looks mint! Deffo keep her, tons of potential there, and like you say, a bit different to the usual eg/ek's you see on every street corner. Looks a lot like my MA8 (blue Betty, check my project threads ) Big difference in the handling with the toyos on eh! I had them on mine too (and got them on my mb6) and the difference was like night and day. The MA8 seemed better balanced for some reason (maybe the engine weight?) always loved the handling on mine. Seeing yours, I really miss mine now!

  16. Ok, lets see what M's tickle your fancy this month!
  17. That sx looks the same as Adams (jalesi2001) old sx, same colour! Tidy deck mate, good base for modding. Love the "gixer", one of the best bikes around (although my fav is the fireblade RR, but wouldnt /couldnt own one................i'm bad enough on 4 wheels! ) I'm thinking about either the MGZS set up or MeisterR for my mb6. Is your mgzs shocks etc brand new? look nice and clean in the pics?
  18. yeah, cheaper is not always best. Always a good idea to use a top branded product, or a Honda O.E.M. part where you can
  19. Them fogs have cleaned up nice! I might have a wee trick to show soon about a possible replacement for the broken lenses we all suffer from at some point on the civic M's so stay tuned! If it works, it'll be a cost effective repair that looks almost oem at first glance!
  20. Probably safer to stick with the easier mods mate with the auto box. Air filter/exhaust/de-cat (if you can be bothered with the changing at mot time lol) , then possibly cams etc. You could still just go the turbo route, as there are tons of cars that have a turbo and are auto's, although they were mostly designed form the offset to have the turbo on them, so not sure how well the civic autobox would cope. Looking good so far though, and I'd go with the mgzs shocks/eibach springs, as you ideally want to keep the same springs all round.
