    The welds are amazing! These guys relly know what theyre doing! The sound when she's still cold sounds very subtle, basically standard. Once shes up to temp, the exhaust still sounds very subtle (which is what she wanted) even at motorway speeds, but if you give it any stick, theres a nice deep tone to it. Same when going at low speeds, very quiet, but give her stick and same nice deep tone

    Thanks mate. Not sure how much paint ive used on them tbh, as i had a full rear bumper to spray aswell. On saying that, I havent done the side skirts yet, and still have a little paint left though not enough to do both skirts. I've given each part a good 3 to 4 coats of base, and same again with the laquer. I reckon 1 litre of colour (base) and about the same again for laquer. @Sean_GT Not sure how you cant see the pics mate, they should be there. The pics at the start of the thread are gone though, due to a problem with the forum a few months back, so could be those your not seeing. I really must replace those pics lol

    Thanks guys! she looks even better in the metal than in the pics! Deff going to get her lowered now, she so needs it! Ive got the proper vtis skirts here chi, just waiting to get painted. Ive also got a mate whos letting me use his garage for spraying, so it will be 100 times better than where I sprayed the lips/bumper!

    ok, a new update! as promised, the kit on! (well almost!) Been really busy, and finally finished sprayin the front and rear vtis lip, plus my new rear bumper. Ran out of paint so side skirts still to be done! Loving the look now, she looks so much better with that scruffy dented bumper gone, especially with the rear lip! Paint match has turned out spot on aswell, and the finish is sweet straight from the gun. PS: shes lowered 40mm in the last photo, by the magic that is photoshopping lol. Lowering springs deff the next mod!

    lol, its all the stuff like that thats annoying mate! Both the upper front wishbones have gone on my mb6, which does pee you off, but once you get the niggles sorted, you can look forward to getting modding again!

    went and bought all the paint and materials in today, so will be making a start on the vti-s kits soon, and my new rear bumper and front grill

    Thanks for the comments guys! @kink43 It's the real deal Jake, got it from Andrew (s88 hon), yeah the original was pants lol @ knightmaric Yo Gareth, it's DAVEMB2 that has the aero blades mate, I'm thinking about them though!! lol The paintwork is in surprisingly good nick for her year, and loks even better now! Since that photo was taken, I decided to get both the mb6 and dawns deck looking tops! So on wednesday, they both got the works! Washed, dried, clayed (takes bloody ages, specially when theres two cars to do!) then 3 coats of polish. I've got some pucka wax to go on them, but wasnt that impressed with it last time. The finish on the paint is now like glass!! All the swirl marks etc are gone and they look amazing in the sun!!
