  1. You do a great job. Function before fashion. Making sure it's all working right. Then do ya cosmetics. I have friends who modify a 15 yr old car with stickers and splitters. Thrash it to death then slag it off when it has a little clunk or something. Instead of fixing the clunk keep putting grills and skirts on and still slagging off the clunk 6 months later. Does my head In.
  2. Yeah man looks great. Few lil bits like grill be a beauty that. Fair bit more needed for 200hp. Expensive number to reach on a c4.
  3. I'm a fan of this one too. Love the fact it gets hammered. If it breaks gets fixed then gets hammered some more. nice flippy flap
  4. Love that first pic very nice! Haha they could at least give you a 17 inch space saver.. so what happened anyway?? Fn get a flat?
  5. If its obd1 then ecu pinout is same for all models. And will be in the download able service manual. Or a Google search for honda obd1 ecu pin out will work.. eg.. http://technet.ff-squad.com/wiring/obd1/obd1.pin.schematics.gif
  6. Has your box defo got an lsd?
  7. Nope no really. If it's been painted. There are black letters painted on the case. S9b 4.266 fd you will be at vtec 4.5k at 85mph in 5th. S80 4.4 fd you will be at vtec 4.5k at 80mph in 5th. I can tell you that from personal experience. 98 spec s80 has a 4.7 fd and will improve acceleration slightly more.
  8. Congrats man!!!!! Hmmm civic is a good all rounder cheap to run. Fun. Practicle. one think that made me buy a vti in the first place many moons ago. was that could fit our huge pushchair in boot no Probs.
  9. Shouldnt hurt it sorry.. typo. It'll be cool.
  10. Hopefully should hurt top end power just a little low end torque if anything at all. Probs not even that.
  11. Oh good man. Glad ya sorted it.
  12. Yeah man just keep the underside clean that's all really. If bits get into the baffle it's gonna be hard work cleaning it out.
  13. Looking pretty sweet under there. Nice.
  14. I've got a 200 odd squid ebay mani. And it's a beauty! Buy from a decent ebay seller like bhpfactory should get a decent quality unbranded mani.
  15. Nitromors or similar let that do the work. Clean it all down. light sand then start painting. Ya don't wanna be getting bits of paint and grit from heavy sanding stuck in the baffle in the cover.
  16. Good ain't it.. I went to fit a third brake light in my eg thinking ohh ill run a cable down.. oh there's already one here.
  17. Yeah I've accidently used used normal wrinkle paint and not high temp. (Think I need glassss) but so far so good. It's held up fine.
  18. Not sure I understand correctly. I've got two potential scenarios in my head. You got a pic of the problem so can try help?
  19. On the intake manifold? Pics ain't to clever on mobile. Defo looks like rocker cover gasket seeping a little. As mentioned above clean it up properly then it will be easier to see where fresh oil is coming from. Be careful tightening rocker cover bolts though. The studs snap very easily.
  20. 7j et35 would go under with a slight arch roll at the rear. 8j et 20 gonna be a bit more tricky with fair bit of negative camber and arch roll etc. I think the car would only look right on such wide low offset wheels if it was slammed low.
  21. @grant. To be fair mate the wheels are in fairly good shape I painted em while back if ya recall. Just fancy a no fuss change of colour. So if it comes off later on so be it.
  22. I've just ordered another 4 cans. So will have 7 to do me wheels and some other bits. I'm impressed.
