  1. Yup IVAC most likely culprit. Possibly an air leak at the inlet manifold too, so have a root around and make sure there are no loose/split pipes in that area. Should be easy enough to sort though bud. Does it drive ok on the move? No missfires/rough running?
  2. If I remember rightly, you need to wind it closer to the pedal by loosening off the locking nut, then turning the switch anti-clock wise. What you want is the plastic pin that sticks out the end of the switch to be pushed further back inside the switch. So turning the switch anti-clock wise should sort it. Then tighten the nut back up and jobs a good un! Probably best to unplug the connector on it before hand though as the wires will get twisted!
  3. Stunning! One of our best modded decks by far!
  4. Love the look of those lights Tom!
  5. Oh, and congrats mate, that is one worthy winner for sure! My mate also said to me "saw a cracking deck on the civic5 FB page" then showed me the pic of yours! lol I told him yup, just won our cotm! Stunning car mate!
  6. Cheeky sods! I changed it just after reading the post!!!
  7. Now that looks sweet! My fav shape of Impreza, just looks evil!
  8. All the wee mechanical upgrades that make the biggest difference mate. She'll feel a lot nicer to drive with that lot fitted!
  9. I thought that was pretty good going! lol At least Mr L. Hamilton has his wheels all sitting waiting ready to go on when he pits! We had to go looking for ours! lmao Still an amazing day though! And now Roxy is fully rally prepped, even has a spare wheel!!
  10. The later taillights always clean up the rear of the pre facelift M's, looks a lot better mate. Did that to my old MA8 aswell
  11. lmao still, showed how good the Civic5 F1 pit crew are! lol
  12. lmao................I'll never live that spare wheel fiasco down!! lmao
  13. There is a wee switch at the top of the brake light pedal mate (bugger to get to though!) where you can undo a nut and then screw the switch in further so the pedal travels further before the brake lights come on. Fiddly to do but easy enough and will sort out your problem. Think the nut is 10mm iirc
  14. Nice one mate! You can post it in our classifieds app too, free for all members. It asks for a price though so just put 1p
  15. Always nice to get the pea shooter exhaust off them eh! Bet she sounds a whole lot sweeter now, and loving those alloys!
  16. Wow! Nice MB6!! Sad to see the wee mb go though mate, hope the new owner joins up and we can still follow her. Whats the plans for the mb6 (or is that a silly question lol )
  17. Cheers for that Krzys, much easier to check the window seal than the roof gutter one! I'll do that first, hopefully it's just the window seal, which is easy to fix.
  18. Cheers Simon! Time to find one now! lol
  19. Nice one! Looking forward to this build mate, and jammy sod having A) a track EP3 & having two EP3;s! lol Looks a pretty decent base to start with too. What air filter is Bob running now? And Dave?? lol
  20. Are the rear Abs sensors on the 1.6 aerodecks the same as the 1.8's? DD needs a new one for the left rear
  21. Cheers chaps. Yeah, been a total waste of money extending the warranty, deffo would not recommend it to anyone. Been on the blower to Jim, so he's gonna help me try and trace it. Bucket of water at the ready! lol. Now I just need to find some free time to actually do it! On the plus side, might have a set of 18's coming for it depending on the price, wheels look really similar to the Cades I have on DD (except the centres are black). Might make it a bit more comfy, although still considering some 17's. Found a set that look almost the same as the rage alloys she has just now, so another possibility! And seeing as she'd deffo staying, been toying with the idea of the Mugen kit (would have to be a rep tho, can't afford the real deal!)
