  1. @ammarbm Try now mate, that should be it sorted. Don't know whats going on with certain member accounts at the moment, some are needing settings tweaked. Cheers @Krzys
  2. lmao your ocd is still kicking in I see! Funnily enough, I do usually put them on a bit of lock for the photos, but today they were taken just as she was parked! lol Mental note to self.......................must take photos with wheels straight!
  3. Yeah, not had many days like this for a while! They've got the car parks at the beach all tarred now so excellent bit for photos. Only probs is they made the speed bumps higher! Glad to say she cleared them all with no scrapes at all!
  4. Not been much happening to DD lately, just been tucked up in her crib over winter. Today, she came back into duty (just for the day mind!) and did her bit for the environment.............taking a whole load of junk to the recycling centre! After 4 trips and a whole old bathroom suite, plus loads of stuff from the garage later, decided she should see a bit of scenery. So sun shining (yes, it does that sometimes in Scotland!) took her down the coast to the beach! My favourite bit of road is the coast road, twisting it's way along the sea front, so had a nice wee blast along there! Stopped off to take some photos which I'll upload in a bit, but as always she drove perfect. Man i wish summer would hurry up and come along, really miss driving her that one day of the year (yeah, think summer is on a Wednesday this year in Scotland!). Just drives so smooth, and feels like a much newer car. Also spotted another blue deck (completely standard SE model) going the opposite direction (twice, same car!) and the guy was really having a good look at DD! After a wash, she's now back in her crib! Will wait till all the salts gone from the roads and the better weather is here before she ventures out again. Photos will be up soon.
  5. Looking good mate, love the new wheel and the lights! Bummer on the welding but I think most of our M's will need welding at some point with their age now, so no biggy. Good to see how she's coming along.
  6. Bring it along mate and I can do the reset for you and pull the ABS fault code. Will be a sensor on its way out, so the code will tell us what one
  7. I know on a lot of cars Ive owned there's been a voltage regulator for headlights, so I'm assuming our M's have the same.If I remember rightly, it's on the driverside front inner wing? A small black box (please someone correct if wrong). As Krzys said, check the power getting to the bulb sockets and see if its low, if it is, could be bad earth, voltage regulator or both mate. Should be easy enough to sort though.
  8. Damn that's not good mate. New fuel tanks are really hard to find now for our civics.

    lowering MB6

Agree a nice bit of rake can give it an aggressive look. The rear being lower just doesn't look right.
  10. Do you mean extending the wheel arches outwards? Or you looking for longer/better mudflaps? There was an MB on here had plastic wheel arch extensions fitted due to wide wheels, but can't remember who's it was. Can remember it got broken for spares though. Sure he used universal wheel arches, looked OK.
  11. Not done much to Roxy the last week while, but finally decided to fix something that's been doing my nut in! When I took the double din unit out of the TypeS, I had to leave the DAB Ariel in place as it was one of those stick to the windscreen types. I bought a different one for when I fitted the double din into Roxy, it was like a small square box with an Ariel coming out each end of it (which I thought would be better). Sadly, it was shit! I couldn't get any more than 5 stations, and even then they dropped off every few hundred yards! So went and bought another one to stick to the screen. Got this fitted and also wired in the power feed for it and the difference is amazing. Got a whole ton of stations now, with zero drop off in signal. Never really used the radio before as always preferred listening to my own music, but since I fixed it I listen to the radio more than the USB now! If anyone's fitting a DAB, get the autoleads windscreen antenna from Halfords. Works amazingly well! Next plans are to fit the new front discs I bought for her a while ago!
  12. That bay looks awesome, big filter looks much better mate. Bet it sounds mad now too! Quite fancied a quick shift for the mb6 when I had it but never got round to buying one. The shift in the TypeR is already short so not sure what it would be like with one. One sorted focus St!
  13. That should clean up nicely mate! Is the dc2 throttle body bigger than our standard mb6/mc2 one?
  14. Looking good! Just done my TypeR with the back to black aswell, always makes it look like new again. Also helps keep the tyres in good condition too, those Toyos got it every time the deck was cleaned
  15. She looks top dollar for her mileage! Amazing how these cars just seem to go on and on.
  16. Wow, that looks evil mate! Loving it!
  17. Looking forward to seeing this one again. Need to drag the deck out of her winter crib for a wee run!
  18. goooooodies! Loving this project! That MB6 does look familiar, almost sure it's an ex-civic5 car
