  1. When creating a topic, say your project thread for your car or maybe asking a question in the forum, and you've clicked "start new topic", you will see on the page under "Topic Title" a text box called "Topic Tags". This is for putting in tags (key words) that help your topic get recognized by search engines such as Google, Bing etc. This also bumps Civic5 up the search ratings because Google has found key words in your topic that match what someone is searching for. So here we will explain how to add tags. If you have already added tags, you can add more (we have updated the list) to your current topics by going to the first post in your topic, click edit then "full editor". Then just click the "add Tags" button as below. We have started updating your project threads/topics and have added tags to quite a few now, but feel free to update your own topics. For PC/Laptop/Tablet users: Ok, so you've clicked the "Start new topic" button, and your ready to create your topic. Once you have given your topic a title, in the "Topic tags" box click "Add a tag". (see Image 1 below) Image1 A drop down box will appear with a pre-defined list of tags. (see Image 2) Image2 Click on which ever tags suit your post. If possible, always add the tags "Honda Civic MA" or whatever civic you have, plus use the "Honda Civic Hatch" if it's a hatch you have or the "Honda Civic Aerodeck" one if you have a deck. If your topic is not something car related, still use the above two tags and also use the "General chat" tag. Here, we selected the "Honda Civic Aerodeck" and the "Honda Civic MC" tags and will also add the "How to DIY Guide" tag seeing as this is a guide.(Image 3) Image 3 Then just carry on creating your topic as usual. Easy! For Mobile users: When you click "Start new topic" button, your topic creation page shows. In the middle of the screen you will see a button called "Edit topic tags" (Image 1B) Image 1B Click the "Edit topic tags" and a drop down list will appear showing the available tags. (Image 2B) Image 2B Select your tags by clicking on them, then click the "Add" button. They will be added to your post.( Image 3B) Image 3B Once you've added your tags, Just click the "close button" on the tag box. (Image 4B) Image 4B Then just carry on creating your topic as usual. Easy!

@dr_broon What's the prob mate? Is it not showing for other members? The drop down menu looks ok in the pic?
  7. Easy to upload pics to the forum mate, how to is on the main forum page in the side bar but here's a direct link http://civic5.com/forum/topic/9994-how-to-add-your-signature-photo-photos-to-posts-etc/
  8. mmmmmmm! We're gonna be spoilt for choice!
  9. It's quite easy to remove John, although I know what you mean about getting into some funny angles in the footwell......................I tend to get stuck when I try to fix things up behind the dash and stuff now! lol My sister lives in County Durham in Spennymoore. I'm not down that often but due a visit sometime soon I think, so could maybe help you out if it's not been done by then
  10. Nice one mate! Hope it goes to a good home, be nice to see her getting fixed up.
  11. I'd deff renew the head bolts mate, just for piece of mind. They do tend to stretch, so would be a good idea to replace seeing as you're going for power. Gonna be a nice project to follow this one. And yes they do tend to use a little oil But if the oil consumption is high, then replace the stem seals. What kinda mileage has she done?
  12. Wow lots of goodies right there mate! Somebody has a lot of nice toys in that last pic to play with! lol looking forward to the updates!
  13. Hi Ian. I'd love to take on this, but don't have the room here at the moment. But thanks for offering this to the club members, very generous mate. I'm sure it will find a home on here. Regarding contact, if you have your notifications set correctly then you should get an email advising you have a new PM here in civic5.
  14. I'm gonna submit Mae's MB1. One of the nicest Civic M's around, and just keeps getting better and better. http://civic5.com/forum/topic/9347-ma%C3%ABs-diamond-mb1/page-7#entry282419
  15. Sad times selling up mate, but can understand why. It's pitty they didnt do an auto 1.8 aerodeck, that would solve your problems. Although you can get an auto box for the B series engines, think it was jdm del sols that had them. GLWS, sure it wont be around long bud
  16. Looking forward to seeing the rear lip fitted mate. As said, tiger seal is really good stuff, a lot of body shops use it when fitting kits. I bought the fitting kit for the deck and for ruby..................i felt I'd just been mugged when I walked out the dealership!! lol
  17. Looking forward to the updates mate, already a cracking civic project.
  18. This is gonna be an epic build! Lots of cracking parts you got there for the build, and a really clean deck to start with. Keeping an eye on this one!
  19. Will look ace with that fitted mate, really does change the rear of them. Regarding the error, try deleting all your browser history including cookies, then close the browser and try visiting the site again. Shouldn't be any errors like that so may be duff site history stored in your browser. If it still does it, let me know via a support ticket bud. I'm not around the site much at the moment with other stuff going on but get emails about support tickets so can deal with it quicker for ya that way
  20. Sounds like a plan Simon. On my first M, the 1.4, it didn't have aircon but had a blanking plate where the aircon rad should be so maybe they do need one? Best bet is nip to local breakers and find a civic m without aircon and get the blanking plate from that, will be a straight fit.

    Still scraping...

Really strange mate, not a common problem with MeisterRs. The height looks to be around the same as my deck, and it runs perfectly fine on them. I did notice on the civic5 Crazzydawn memorial meet that it was grounding out going over this really undulating road we were all on, so at the first stop for photoshoot, I turned up the stiffness slightly. This cured it, not had any issues since. How many clicks have you got the shocks set at front and rear?
  22. looking good John and really clean! My typeR is filthy just now with all the crap weather we're having. The MGZS suspension would give a nice sensible drop in height to your mb mate, make it look even better without losing the driveability.
