  1. I got a spare black one kicking around somewhere I think, but you can deff get them in biege/cream aswell mate. As said above, check breakers for 1.6 LS/SE/ES, as they had them if they were (depending on which trim was ordered when new) in the sicillian red, blue, and most dark green models had it, There's a deck in the breakers where I am, but I can't remember if it was it that had the beige interior or one of the hatches next to it. If I'm back there soon, i'l see if it's there bud
  2. lol No, the printer had a bad enough job trying to do the envelopes mate! Lost count of how many false "jams" it had, how many false "can't find the cartirdges" messages it had etc. The boxes would have been a great Idea too!
  3. Bugger! we'll need to change your username to Mr sneaky! lol Appreciate that mate, ta.
  4. lol someone has to keep me right! lol shop updated chaps!

  6. Yeah she will look a lot better again............................and hey presto! here she is!! She's got her white stilletos back on!!!!! Happy with how they turned out! She's now getting her DNA back, and starting to like Ruby again!! Only down side is,....................I've only got two rims doen so far!! drivers side to do now! lol Hard work sanding and prepping in this amazing heatwave we're having, so will leave the other 2 till the weekend
  7. Exactly! Just like women! grooooan! I'll let ya off with the pun lmao. Yeah, keep finding things, and I'm like ffs!!! She's getting there. Was gonna go do the next whell but it's toooo effing hot outside! Who would believe we'd ever say that in scotland lol
  8. A little mod that I started yesterday! HAd a good look at Rubys wheels, and thought that they needed freshened up. The wheels I'd had refurbed and powder coated white had been painted silver, and to me they just killed the look of both the wheels and the car. So got one off for a look, and was a bit disappointed to see the condition of them Inside the wheel was horrible. That pic is after I'd washed it and scrubbed it! Looked manky. Deffo not up to my usual fussy standards (take a look at the photos further back in the post where I'm getting her ready for Japfest2 to see the explanation of "fussy"!) So decided that I'd had enough of the dull silver wheels, and that I'd refurb them myself............. and the inside of the rim..... Now that's better! Ruby is getting her white stilettos back! Only done the one wheel so far to see how it turned out. It's no where near as good as the powder coating was, but I just needed the rims to be white again, just to give her her identity back. Plan is that I'll now do the rest, and once winter comes and shes in her new garage, I'll put her on axle stands and send the wheels away for a full refurb and powder coat in white again. PS: ingnore the paint on the tyre, this is one of the ones that is to be binned as it's fooked!
  9. lol, yeah, thats what i wanted too mate, but didnt have one of dawns deck facing that way lol. i'll get one soon though
  10. yeah, I would deffo keep the badges on mate! as said, really makes it a sleeper haha!
  11. Yeah, really worrying! Also been out doing some stuff to her today, and was in the boot. Every single fastener that holds all the side trims in place are missing (wondered why it was rattling so much) and the trim was all hanging off. Gonna get some new bits to sort this all out too. On another note, have started the modding bug again, been up to something today! lol More to follow!
  12. Well, had Ruby out yesterday to give her a run. I went down to see Dawn, as it was our wedding anniversary yesterday (17 years married) so was an emotional day all round. Went and got her fueled up, and thought I'd check the tyre pressures seeing as she'd been standing a while. First time I'd checked them since buying her back, and got a bit of a shock to say the least!. As mentioned earlier, she'd been a bit starange to drive on the way home from her other owner. The steering was dodgy etc (see previous posts) and to me she's felt a bit bouncy, harsh and unpredictable handling wise. Checked the tyre pressusres and here are the results! n/s/f : 26psi n/s/r : 38psi o/s/f : 37psi o/s/r : 29psi 38 psi??? wtf??? Seems he couldn't even do the basics right on the car, tyre pressures all to pot (and dangerous in my opinion). So have made the decission. I no longer trust what has (and that's a big question mark, as he lied about what had been done to her) and what hasn't been done to the car. Most of what I have seen to have deffo been done has been botched. As there's a meet coming up soon, and someone else will be driving her, I have booked her in to RJM Performance to get a full inspection of the car done. I want to know if anything is fitted wrong, if anything is loose/dangerous, and want everything put to how she should be. I'm effing annoyed as she was a perfect car before I sold her, and had never thought twice about jumping in her and driving 7 or 8 hours to a meet. Now I just don't trust her at all. I've ordered up two new Goodyears for the front, as she needs a new one for the pass side anyways, and the drivers side front is also well down on tread. Again, leads me to think she'd spent most of her time with him wheel spinning, as there isn't a lot of mileage on the tyres at all. She'll also be going on their new 4 wheel alignment computer, to make sure she's set up bang on tracking and alignment wise. Also getting her mot done too, as it's due at the end of August anyway. So for the meet, she should be in top form. Note to self: Don't ever ever ever sell her again!
  13. How did I miss this upgrade??? Mate that looks totally amazing!!! Wheels remind me a bit of Dawns, absolutely love this!!

    whoops

That's really strange! Not the first one we've seen though, as it seems quite common. I've just never had one go no matter how much power I've put through it on take off (touch wood!!!). You'd think the driveshafts would be made stronger eh!
