Uk itr R b pipe on mine s/steel and 2.5" piping,after the smaller flanged area.<same size flange as all "R" btw>just correct length uk. could put a pipe+flange on there at 2.5. may need jdm one though not sure of the length of alpha"s adjustable decat may be an idea as 2.25 & 2.5 options available from tegiwa* Think you may have to get one fabricated tbh with that muffler though..

you just put a T piece in to link it to existing cooling system with a piece of hose. cable and bracket fits fine,though sticks up in the air, needs an R bracket/cable for USA only and looks better<and neater> mine has the standard cable/bracket.<i adjusted it with a mallet <tweeked> to just bend it down slightly.> its fine The oem fitted to mine >> http://civic5.com/forum/index.php/topic/3813-noodelsskunk2-camsitrbpipe-3-point-strut/page-10

Got my rear doors inc quarters done for £100 tried myself, was more than frustrating just to get film separated!!!! they would not touch fronts doors btw suggest get a pro to do it
