Yeah I was aware of most of what you listed as they are the major/more obvious changes but I didn't think the dash clocks were different. 1500 certainly doesn't seem as far fetched as one would initially think.

Maybe the previous size was wrong then if it's spot on now? Usually speedo reads about 3mph more at 30mph. So speedo says 30mph but GPS would say 27mph, this is generally correct.

Yeah that's it, just such a nice car as it is I haven't felt the urge to replace perfectly good parts! I'll probably do a few things over time like uprated brakes when the discs and pads need changing etc but probably not do anything major with it in the long run.
