  1. Problem is I got those old 5s in the shed. But when had tyres put in dc2 rims they got all scuffed up. And my mate mixed that paint one off.... So I'll have to Refurb them a different colour. Know what I'm sayin. Found some nice 16x7 et35 on eBay may go for them would need to sell me toyos tho to help pay for them and tyres
  2. Yeah keep thinking same. Looks arnt too important to me but stock wheels look very small on a deck compared to an mb6 or eg
  3. Can't decide whether to save a bit and get some real nice rims or just whack some refurbed stockers on?. What we sayin?

  13. Busy old day.. Got the mg zs suspension on. Pretty chuffed. Was a close call. Rear bolts were so close to being seized. Very scary business. Knocked em about with a hammer to try break em free and eventually they came out rocking em back and forth with impact gun. Replaced with new bolts Overcall happy with the height. Modding the forks is surely a must on these. Must sit very high otherwise. It has unearthed a knock from the front..which im hoping is the droplinks they look absolutely ruined definatly some play. So arb Refurb next and get rear arb fitted too.
  14. @WilkesyMB6 thanks mate. I was pining for something to tinker with to be honest. Glad to be back!
  15. Pain in the arse this problem. Well i had it in my old engine before swapping into the eg. Brand new lambda and swapping over to a chipped p28 stopped it permanently. As mentioned above unplug o2 sensor see if problem inproves as it will be ignored. Check all the basic stuff like spark plugs leads connected well with no corrosion. Dizzy cap and rotor. Check ignition timing.
  16. You've got loads of coats down. Quick rub and and a coat of silver. Then lacquer again????
  17. Can't possibly get any worse. Gilf this, credit card that.. Standard day
