Sounds like it's hit and miss this leak business. I also had same issue. It was both top corners of screen leaking. I pulled the plastic trim from around screen and tiger bonded round it. Problem solved. I didn't flood the channel full of the stuff though. Just enough round edge of glass. But it seems that's not always the problem as others are finding different things. Errrmmm now your asking it was a couple of years ago dude. Can't really remember. I used the wiring diagram that was supplied.. Negative trigger I think.

Slight problem has occurred. My mum had the keys as the car is currently on her mates drive whilst my mum moved house. She has now told me she binned her handbag and forgot the keys were in side pocket. Bin men have been days ago. So now I have no key to start it. No remote fob to disable alarm and unlock. Door lock doesn't work BTW. And also I have no immobiliser dongle as it's oldschool Honda alarm you have to put a dongle on a thing to disable the immobiliser. Sounds like this could get expensive

Dunno what the car weighs I could guess around 950kg. No abs no air con no ps. And a partial strip out. So that would be about 200hp per ton.

its a hard decision but I've decided not too. Money reliability commitments have all come into the decision.So I'm doing a few bits just to try bump it upto around 190bhp. Valve springs. Cams. Intake and a tune. Being sensible the car is plenty fast enough for the roads I like to drive and has some lairy moments as it is. Boosted I would probably end up writing it off and causing myself a perturbance!!!!

It's loads longer runs round the bay because the s90 throttle doesn't have it'd own cable stop like c4 one.

I had both eg and mb mid sections next to each other a while back. They are the same. It's the rear section that's different. Mb is longer and hangers are in a completely different place.

Cheers mate.. picked up a dc2 throttle cable today. Think that's what I'll need for this setup.

all i know is that me and scott raven both had the same k &n cone filter on and both dynoedwell over stock on 100k plus mile cars. a good few hp over the othe stock setups. same my mate borrowed said k &n filter and his neglected 145k mile b16 did 163hp if i remember corectly. so seemed to be a decent filter.

Defo 15s are tight I had to grind my calipers down just to get wheel weights inside the rim as I didn't want them showing in the front

My mates used to say that about my car when I had k&n.sounded like a turbo spool about 3k, then whistled all up the revs.

It's an interesting one. I don't think my mot man would let that go. And again personally ( doesn't mean I'm right ) I would be saving my penny's to fit properly for how little it would be. If a jobs worth doing..... But anyway. Look forward to updates.

Only 20kgs heavier setup that b18c4 and s9b..could loose that taking air con out and getting a stainless manifold. Reckon it would be a nice setup. Nice torquey motor!!
