  1. If it's rubbing on the inner side, then have you got plenty of clearance to the outside in the wing? If so maybe some hub centric spacers would help to make the wheels sit more in the middle of the arch? Have you got any photos of how it sits?
  2. Mint - nice one mate. Much better than swapping hub sizes etc.
  3. I've got Eibach springs with 17" wheels, but currently with oem shocks... Used to have konis before they died. Mine rubs on the outer edge of the tyre though. The eibach springs just drop that little bit too much unfortunately. Can I ask where you got the konis from though.. I hunted high and low for some new ones.
  4. Honda prices are fairly high now. I hadn't realised until going back into faceache recently
  5. Looks nice buddy. The design brief of still looking modern x years in the future was met ey. Looks like a nice colour as well
  6. Those wheels look decent will be good to see them when they're on.
  7. It's turning into a right minefield getting parts now for some reason.
  8. Just googled your part number, and this bearing says it's for mc2, but also that it's compatible with both the part number I found and the one you were given... Seems odd.

  10. Just thought, that part number is for my reg... Would be worth double checking on lings parts to make sure that the part number never changed on a particular year.
  11. In case it helps, this was the post on my thread at the time... (click the bit at the top with 25th February on)
  12. About Feb last year. If I had to guess what brand it was I'd say blue print as that's what most of the stuff the mech I use gets from the local place. The oem part number is 42200-S30-C11 if that's of any use. There seems to be some confused info out there in parts catalogues when it comes to the vtis - I've just had shenanigans trying to get brake pad retaining clips. I kept getting given non vti ones.
  13. Shims should come with the pads according to this... Just double checked and they're not in the box.
  14. Looks nice mate - have you gone for it?
  15. Not sure about the brake question mate, but I had an issue with rear bearings as well, but in mine the abs ring was the wrong size (though must admit that I don't think it ever got to the point of checking the stud pattern). I got them from a seller on ebay, but sent them back for a refund - ended up getting them from a local motor factors no problem.
  16. Nice bit of modding there matey Be good to see how it turns out.
  17. Saw one in barrow on Facebook the other day... Not quite Scotland though.
  18. Nice few bits to be getting on with there buddy. Car's looking sweet.
  19. Shifter looks good mate. Always nice to get new parts as well.
  20. You should be able to get the retainers for DD - in fact I've got a set for the fronts still from euro car parts if you need them? They don't have the spreader ones though, just the ones that seat in the calipers. I've just checked, and my pads haven't got the shims in.
  21. Sorry for the late reply mate. Been a long long time since I fitted mine, but from what I can remember there's only really one way it can all go together - I think. I might be finally fitting the brake pad clips today so I'll have a look.
  22. Yeah, they're fairly heading upwards like.
