    You'd need to remap the ecu for a higher rev limit. Which afaik you won't be able to do with the original ecu in your car.

    Yes, MB & MC are exactly the same right up to the rear doors. Other shape civics of these years are not the same though (EK, EJ etc.)

    Ah, probably should have said any Japanese engine. Probably include German too. Sounds like you're doing the right things.

    The same with any engine, the better you look after it the longer it will last.

    It's very tight in there, the best thing is to cut the plastic out from the back, that makes a bit more room.

    Yes, straight on, you need to get the ones from the 180 v6, they were developed in conjunction with eibach iirc. Combined with the thicker rear anti roll bar from the same car they are a major upgrade from the standard MB kit.

    Looking good, standard MGZS kit will drop it by around 15mm.

    I think the 1.6 is a smaller bore.

    Stock suspension is awful though and should be one of the first things to be binned, coilovers are your friend, check Dave's MB6 on Meisters only lowered a small amount over standard, massive upgrade to the handling characteristics.

    A decent panel filter in a teg airbox is rated as the best induction upgrade for these, if the resonator is removed you will be able to hear vtec crossover, it just won't be as loud as with an open induction kit. If you want to keep that sound the best kit you can get is the whale p***s intake, obviously as this is open it will suffer from heat soak.

    Nice piece of kit, as above, if you're going blue under the bonnet then yes match them or go red with the rocker.
