Hoping this helps with starting. ATM it takes a good few turns to start in the mornings and has a slight misfire low down.

On the bike page guys seem to all use harpic!

Yes seen it used on a bike page for cleaning stainless headers, works well. I'd polished mine beforehand and they went a bit golden. Nice easy way to keep on top of them now.

Some small updates... managed to get a wee bit cleaning done on the deck. Still trying to make the inside smell less like dog lol and try get all the hairs out the boot. Managed to fully remove the aircon, de-badge and de wiper the rear, just needs to chrome painting now. I also replaced the o2 sensor as it was running a bit rough on partial throttle. Next problem now is its being a pain to start first thing. Been recommended that it could just be the dizzy cap and rotor arm so I'm gonna replace them first. Also have a lot of knocks and rattles coming from the front end replaced the drop links but most of the bushes look worn too. Gonna slowly work my way through replacing them all, looking at going with the strongflex polybushes. Some pics

Loving the sound of what's going to happen mate! Glad to see you've stuck with it.

Hi guys, my aerodeck has some skunk2 lcas from a dc2 integra. They aren't the fork type rear shocks that are usually fitted to mbs etc. Will the mgzs arb or mb6 arb still fit with these lcas? There is a tapped hole on the lcas. cheers

Not sure on the sideskirts mate. I need to sort out some of the mechanical problems first I think. I swapped the mb6 for this. I believe that the deck use to belong to a guy in Fife. The door and front wing are a slightly different shade of silver and I believe they're off my first mb6 lol I sold them to a guy from Fife for his aerodeck, so I believe that this is that car lol

Yeah that bodge was top class! Was impressed lol I wish I had a tig welder myself. Iv recently become friends with the guy that runs this fabrication shop in a local town. His work is 2nd to none! He let me use his ramp and welder to build my own exhaust. Iv only ever tig welded a couple of times but using his proper machine, with a good torch and Gas lense makes a massive difference. Check his page out on Facebook/Instagram "original fabrications" I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for exhaust/fabrication work.

Hi guys, swapped my mb6 for a aerodeck a couple of weeks ago. Needed the extra boot space. The deck isn't in as good condition as the mb6 but I'm slowly working through the faults etc. First of all I replaced the two rear tyres with some new toyos, and just yesterday fitted my hks 4-1 manifold with 2.5" collector, 2.5" decat and then I made a custom 2.5" b pipe leading to an apexi back box. I'm going to band some steelies for it, get a rear anti roll bar and replace the worn bushes and underseal it. Going to be on the lookout for a car at the local scrappies in the same colour as a lot of the panels have been keyed but I'm loving being back in a deck.

Looks nice on the standard rims!

Check my Facebook page out "scottishsteelies" I could always band you a set

Love this! What's the process with retrimming the door cards? The ones in the back of mine as hanging off lol
-
Did you get the o2 sensor from Honda or the motor factors @dr_broon? I did for a spare I had from my old mb6 which was working fine about 2 years ago lol it's a bit better but still does it.

As above, my mb6 every now and again will hesitate on part throttle when cruising. I can accelerate a bit more and it will then be fine. Anyone ever had any similar symptoms? cheers
