Well its very alive. As numerous audi saloons found out on the m1 Friday night. Got quite a few bits to go on now. Slight change of plan. Hopefully the blistered rear quarter etc is being sorted when weather improves a little. I've decided to change tailgate. My mate who painted wheels is gonna redo it in the same colour as wheels. Then will treat it to a carbon spoiler as wanted one last year but didn't have the funds

Cheers chaps. Bout time put something positive Up. Have got my love back for it now. Ordered thermal intake gasket set and some cam seals. So progress will be made soon. Also got some bargain mishimoto red rad hoses. Just need to order another cam end plug seal thing as adamant still got a leak there.

Random pic as I pulled up. Thought it looked quite nice with headlights on my undercarriage.

Random one but I used to find turning key round got mine going when it played up

Good idea. Personally id be looking for a rust free one. I know it looks minor. But inside the arches could be a lot worse and body work is stupidly expensive!

Maz's Silver MB2 Project... SOLD SOLD SOLD!!! :(
KiNK43 replied to ammarbm's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
Is it not anything to do with ignition switch needs to be paired with the key. Standard immobiliser is in ecu so cannot bypass without modding ecu. So must be a secondary aftermarket immobiliser on top of that. But you should have your green light on then off if standard immobiliser is working properly -
Project TDi Bora... Plastidip...eh yeah .... Dont do it

Hmm. Probably a sensor crapped up. I doubt ring on hub is bad. You'd have to take a look tho see if any damage or missing teeth. If you got a light on your dash then I think you can read the fault code yourself which will direct you to which part is showing a fault. Maybe one corner or another or some part of the system. There may be a how to on this forum. Or Google how to read civic abs codes.

The fuel line unscrews mate. Yes it is a poo one. I'm sure it will Turn out to be simple. Just as you said you need to find the time. And in the mean time your stressing. Was the same when I left me oil cap off and had a funny noise. Was only really an issue because didn't have time to check it out.
-
What a nightmare mate. When you gonna have time to have a proper look? Injectors then if there clear dizzy hey.did you see if the fuel at the rail is clean??
-
Seem to have missed this before. Looks amazing. Fantastic restoration.
-
Haha yeah that'd be it then! So what's plan of action? Bell out wire back to ecu? Could try taking it off and cleaning the little hole. That was always an issue on vauxhalls. Bit of a build up in there.
