Not a lot happened hear bit of maintenance. Remote locking packed up. Interior light had broke and piece was causing a short. Blowing the fuse. Found this out after spending a fiver on fob batteries. Poo. Thanks to @fyfie5 got a twin mcflurry holder now. Should have been standard! Bitbof fettling to get the lid to shut. Thought it would just drop in and that's it but bit of tweaking all sorted. Once my eg is off the road for winter I will turn my attention to this car make look a but better.

Looks great! One of the best wheels for an m I reckon

Ahhh OK fair dos. That makes sense. Just make sure you go out and at least give it some beans and throw it about a bit before it goes

There's silly metal tabs under the rear lights and what not. Sometime just drop after all those years. Tweak them back up and adjust your fixings if needed. Sometimes the sides of bumper pop out a bit too in which case quick blast with heat gun and tuck em back in.

Does look superb Phil. Super clean at japfest. Very nice and makes me miss my mb6 so much
-
Wow looks like the cracks appearing in tyres after your track session. Unreal. Must have been giving it some. I'll check the vids tomorrow after a good snooze. I'm done.
-
No I must have missed something. Didn't know you were selling this beast. So much hard work
-
That's what I said. Blueprint. Aftermarket whatever. Would bother paying 35 quid for OEM. Blueprint will be around 14.

I'm up for owt. Really -
I wouldnt buy from eBay. Go to a reputable parts retailer. Parker's maybe? I don't use them but should be reputable I'd say? And a decent aftermarket thermostat wil be garnd.
-
Just take it off and forget it. Does nothing in the real world. If you really want one. Eg brace will fit
-
Someone else recently had this issue I think @philgor. Maybe he could advise the correct solution?
-
Super stuff. So what ya gonna sell it?
-
I have found normal cheap NGK plugs are best. Defo sound like pinking. Have you checked ignition timing is correct??
