    Yep, that's why I keep looking at big engined "weekend" type cars, something I can just get in and enjoy when I do use a car! A failing daily doesn't appeal anymore! Clocked up more than 100 miles on the bike already and I walk on the days I don't cycle so it's occasional evenings if you're lucky and then the weekends I use it, some weeks it's not moved at all!

    Only use it one evening in the week and then at the weekend, I can be by without by using one of me parents cars but it feels worse knowing I can't use it because I'm weird like that

    If I go through them it'll mean taking the calipers off and being without the car again, might just replace them, get it working then get the originals looked at again by the firm, see what happens and could possibly sell on in working order to a member in need then.

    Just been looking at prices for an offside rear caliper, bloody rip-off but may have to bite the bullet if I am to have a working handbrake. That's a last resort if when I have time to look again that I can't do anything with it. I know the rebuild has warranty etc but the 4ucking about it took to get it done in the first place I'm not confident in them to resolve the problem.
