  1. Lots of updates there mate - some nice touches as well. Looks spot on in the engine bay now, and those seats look like they will be a big upgrade
  2. I've had them so long now I'd never forgive myself if I didn't fit them. I've even got the type r springs still brand new in the box from the states from 2 years ago.
  3. Yeah, I didn't even know it was there until it popped up as somewhere to get tyres fitted on black circles or something. I think I'll be getting my cams done there (if I ever get it sorted...)
  4. Nice one Jeroen. Try and get your pals on here - been a while since we had any use of the meets section https://civic5.com/forum/forum/11-civic5-meetsevents/ Be good to see a load of new Ms
  5. Nice. Love a good wheel alignment setup. Weird coincidence, I get mine done at a local mx5 place with a race team as well. https://m.facebook.com/akautomotive01
  6. I did a few runs with a load of block paving in tubs' boot once. Not sure the rear suspension was ever the same again Can't wait for the salt to feck off so I can get the HUD meister out again.
  7. Plenty of decks! Vti's on sale for a healthy wedge.
  8. Yeah, on top, and in the seam hallway up.. Where nasty stuff hides. Like Dave says, it's always the fumes first
  9. Glad to see that she's tucked up safe before these next storms kick off properly. Nice that you got hold of that trim as new as well.
  10. Looks spot on mate... It's a nice bus Interior does look sweet with the headunit in. Will be cool for family road trips will that.
  11. Nice one, thanks. Want to get it on my spare fuel tank to keep it right - hopefully will never need it after getting the new one powder coated, but been through a few over the years.
  12. Looking good mate I'm pleased you posted actually, because I was wanting to know what the rust paint was but couldn't remember who posted about it Is it an aerosol you use?
  13. I can imagine mate, I'd love to have a lock up to stash all my bits and bobs. That's a relief... Pleased that the scratches came out okay. Water leaks seem to be the new enemy (joining rust at the party) for these civics. Such a nightmare to try and track where water comes from.
  14. Amazing how they can just keep going... So long as they can avoid the dreaded rust. Shame it's come to the end of the road but she's done you well with that mileage. What's on the shopping list as a replacement?
  15. Sounds like that's a good plan matey. Can you not get a shed for the sherage stuff to change it back to a garage garage
  16. Nightmare mate, it's been proper windy here as well.. Fair bit of damage about. Crazy that that bit had blown away - do you think the wheelbarrow knocked it off? I'll probably end up with a one left over if you can't get sorted, but it'll be after getting mine re-trimmed as the one on the new car isn't great on the passenger side, so I wasn't too get it sorted with the one from tubs... Not sure when I'll get it done though mate
  17. I had to dip back and check what it was. I weighed the dc2 one before it went on, but can't remember if I weighed the one that came off.
  18. 7.5kg for the dc2 one, and about 9.5kg for the vti
  19. I've got a dc2 flywheel in mine, have done for years now and had no trouble. Definitely makes it rev freer. I can't remember the weight difference between them now though.
  20. I've got the full thing out at the minute, ready for transplant from tubs into the HUD.... That and all the wiring loom that the wires are spliced into so they can be identified
