  1. So fresh. It's nuts as well, coz it's not like Japan don't have winters. Was talking to someone at glencoe the other day who does the ski season in Japan, and he was saying its crazy how much snow they get. Yet no salt on the roads.
  2. I've always been wary of them (and all the other websites that seem to be the same) - think they're based in Germany or something. Good that you had a good experience though... Might be more tempted to try them next time.
  3. She's going to be a beast! Think you're right to go for drivability though. That motor should help with that though eh.
  4. Hope that's it mate. Where'd you get the sensor from in the end? I think I had mine cable tied on tubs for about 10 years
  5. Got your parts out for the lads there mate Take it there's a trip to dynodaze once it's all in?
  6. Was having a look the other day - is it for eg? Don't do FB messenger chief. Okay to post it here though
  7. You've been busy again! Like how it's looking at the moment mate, quite suits the evo spoiler. That handbrake cover looks smart, is that an eBay job? Might have to look into that.
  8. Looks good mate - does that display on your phone?
  9. Had a night away camping with just me and the missus, so that meant small tent, not as much stuff, and no one to go in the back seats, which meant the deck could be the chariot Cue obligatory campsite pics (ignore the dirtyness of the car though - so dusty) Was like old times taking the deck camping - great
  10. Is this what you need? https://www.amazon.co.uk/AUOTO-Honda-Female-Extension-Connector/dp/B07KCK4PV6
  11. Lush! Just stick a glass top on and voilla - coffee table
  12. Would be a nice mod would that. Those double din dashes don't come cheap though.. Mega tax
  13. I saw that and convinced myself that the wheels were different
  14. The Seat served you well with that mileage! Jessie looks cool - quite like the front end. Nice to see Dave's civic lurking in the back as well
  15. Nice one. It's good to get the car off the street.
  16. I was watching the boy play gran turismo 7 a while ago, and took this snap of the ek9 interior so I could Google lens it. Seems that there is a double din option there. Would have been mint for the M to have had that as an option. Would also be cool to be able to mate the two together somehow (with lots of filler and probably flock or alcantara or something to hide the joins)
  17. Hope that you've sorted it with that then bud.
  18. Nice one mate. All this work will be well worth it in the end.
  19. So, bit of a grumpy update. Seems I did a bit of breaking of stuff when away camping. We had a trip up to Whitehaven to get some supplies in, and had the boys bikes on the roof... Went into a car park with a height restriction bar on... Didn't end well. Safe to say I was fuming with myself. Totally didn't notice the bar was there with it being round a corner and up a slight hill.. Was too busy trying to figure out where the car park was. Looks like it's fixable, and we were going to get it into the body shop anyway to get some rust and scratches sorted out, but it's a bit of a bummer and more expensive. As it needs new roof trim anyway, going to try and get some rails instead of having those bars that grab the roof. Never liked them anyway. Luckily I was next to a boat yard and was able to borrow a lump hammer and done wooden blocks, otherwise i wouldn't have been able to straighten the bar that was bent to get them back on. Would've been well stuffed.
