How to display your photos in a post. NOTE: For uploading photos direct to the forum, the limit is 5mb per post. So 1 photo that is 5mb, or two photos that are 2.5mb each and so on. You can easily add photos to your post! When creating a topic, Look at the bottom left corner of the box. You will see "Attach Files". Click the "choose files" button next to it to upload your photos from your computer to the forum. Then next to each uploaded photo, click the "add to post" button. Simples! If on the other hand you have photos stored on a site like photobucket etc that you want to show, you can do it the following way. Your photo will be given various URL's (links) by photobucket etc, Its these links that you need, as these are what you post on the forum. The forum will then recognize the link as a photo/image link, and display your photo here on the site. Ok, now the instructions. 1. Choose the photo you want to show. 2. Upload the photo to a photo hosting site, such as http://www.photobucket.com (you may have to register on whatever site you choose to host your photos.) 3. Once logged into your photo hosting site, you will see a list of "URL's" (links) next to your photo. The one you need is the "Direct link" (Photobucket images only) 4. Copy the "Direct link" url of your photo, and paste it into your post on civic5. 5. Done!! That was easy!

Yeah, this is a problem with photo bucket. I found that if you go to the links for an image you want to show, use the "direct" one and it displays them fine. They seem to have changed how their links work. Will post up in the forum tips section so members know what to do. Nice list of mods @marv

Matt's Multiple MB adventures. Back to the G99P
Dave replied to Matt_N's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
LOL the Mb is back! You're as bad as me, when i sold Ruby then bought her back just 3 months later! The new forums a doddle to use mate, you can upload photos mega easy compared to the old forum, even on your phone Check out the info for uploading photos and you'll be sorted. Whats the plans for the G99P? you putting the wheels back on her and all the good bits you had? -
Liking the new window rubbers mate, will make a massive difference. Are the ones for the side windows (the ones that go along the bottom of the window on the doors) as expensive as they are here in the UK. Honda UK want an absolute fortune for them! Regarding your headlight protectors, looking at the photo and the shape of them, they look like they are for the pre-facelift Civic. Another clue is the "Civic" writing on the side of them is the pre-facelift style of font/text. Have you tried fitting them yet?

That bonnet is sitting much better now eh!
-
Sweet looking mb6 mate. And the arch is replaceable, just make sure you take off the side skirt to see if it's spread to the sill. You going to cut out the old arch/rust?

Perfect! Looks like you're gonna be busy posting in the classifieds section! There's so many spares you can get from it, brakes, wheels, body panels, lights, interior, exhaust, suspension etc. Loads of wee bits too. And that VTiS kit!
-
@Leavermb6 Just go to the main forum page, and scroll down to "Members cars" section mate. Alternatively, here's a link straight to your new topic >>

Seems like decent shell mate. Rear arches look to have just a wee bit of rust but nowt too bad. Panels all look in good shape too, so leaves you options. Bung an engine in or strip for parts. Plenty decent spares on that by the looks of it.
-
It's a shame these are still being stripped just to put the engines into something else Hmmm, mind you, I could do with the rear wheel arch covers from the interior if they're in good nick mate. pm me a price!
-
Should be quite a lot left you can still take off it and sell mate by the sounds of it.
-
Doesn't matter what you pay for it mate. I reckon you could probably shift most parts through here. I take it the shell isn't worth saving?
