Good man. Worth doing properly. Gonna look awesome -
Yeah I've drove a few beemers very comfy and quiet but definitely feel isolated from the mechanics. Steering clutch etc

No twisted melons here mate. I thought it was all a little peculiar.
-
Think mines an early version. Probably been improved anyway.
-
The port that mates to the head wasn't symetrical

I tried using a hole saw in a vice and failed. So just carefully went round with a dremel then sanded it. Used a dremel on the runners for the injector.

As mentioned above.. Tiger seal is the way forward!! I did the nissan last week. Boot and both front doors leaking. Good as gold now. Just the leaky sunroof now. Haha. Think a lot of jap cars suffer similar issues. I know my mates subaru has wet boot. Also some we know had a mini cooper s that wouldn't start. Battery's in the boot. Boot leaks and was full of water. So just bear with it

Absolutely. Try and poke it low down and that sweet honda sound turns into a barrage of farts accompanied by no power for 5 seconds

s**t the bed that's crazy. Looks top bobbins like you've been tinkering on some sort of fruity computer thing with only one mouse button! What the heck.

I been using d1 alloy nuts for last year. Well my wheels haven't fell off and cars been driven hard.. But I was starting to notice threads dropping out when they were removed and getting harder to put back on. So bought some steel nuts that will hopefully last a lifetime.

I went to 'occasional lego statue land' the other week. Was good. Wanted to go since was a kid. Could be improved with more lego.

Ermmm. It's top endy as it is.1-3k sluggish. 3-5.5k feels Torquey picks up well in any gear. 5.5-8.5k obviously starts to go well high up in the revs. I keep reminding myself it's a n/a 1.8 And that considered it's good. Tuner also told me he could make it better at low revs with adjustable cam gears but then would loose top end. Always a compromise.

Could be worse tho dude. Not great and an inconvenience for ya.. sure that money would could cover the repair the check and probably get the wheels painted up like you mentioned earlier on
