  1. Without going bonkers. 195ish is about the limit. Any more your looking at pretty steep build. Raising compression. Various degrees of headwork. Any one who claims to have 220hp without serious mods has been on a very generous maybe manipulated dyno.
  2. It's not too bad to do. Takes me about 4 hours on axle stands. One in one out. Give yourself a whole day first time. Should get it done. Only nuts and bolts hey. Exedy make good value replacement clutches.
  3. Few and far between. But always look forward to a update on this. Amazing stuff
  4. Depends how comfortable you are pulling a box apart. If your not sure probably best get a mechanic to listen and diagnose before assuming the worst.
  5. Equally a healthy box will have some input shaft noise in neutral. Every honda I've owned has had it. And every gearbox including one I replaced I put shaft bearing. But the whining is likely a box issue. Possibly diff bearings? If it's happening in any gear at a specific speed
  6. Not a fan of the graphics to be honest. But still hats off. Looks super clean and bet it goes well with the new power.
  7. Maybe.. Had it sorted last time I drove it by re setting up the tb. Not sure what's occurin now.
  8. Changed engine mounts. And had stripped threads in gearbox again. So fitted helicoils. Much better. Solid fixing now. Impressed. Car also drives much better now. Engine is much more stable. New wastegate actuator is on now aswell. Few small niggles. Like hunting idle etc. Not sure why. But otherwise ran well tonight. Did about 20 miles and put through its paces in various situations and gears.
  9. Looking good man. Love the defi dash and those trackstar fenders are sooooooo nice you buy them off Facebook? ?? I was tempted
  10. Bet that was awesome mate. Bit jealous
  11. Dont think so. But can't remember fully. Pretty sure the central heater box separated from the duct to the fan.
  12. Gauge is like 15mm thick. Good bit of kit
  13. Trying to cover all bases and give this the best chance at survival so fitted wideband o2.
