What did they come off

Nice

Injectors are very important to correct running of the engine. Not just cc but timings and latency. So any injectors other than standard would need mapping. I would seriously consider the injector refurbishment route. I cannot see any benefit to running aftermarket injectors unless you are running big power.

The plugs can be depinned easily. You could just swap the one problem plug on the loom
-
If you talking about diagnostics connector. Some of the very late models have a 16 pin connector for scan tool. But most simply have a 2 pin and 3 pin arrangement in the passenger footwell above the ecu. You can buy 3 pin to 16 pin adapter cables. But how well they work I don't know.

Would you not consider using a company like injectortune. To ultrasonically clean and test the injector's. They also replace damaged pintle caps and replace filter baskets and seals. The cost is 57 quid. Including return postage.

Small piece of hose on it with a bolt in there to cap it off
-
Also that hoke under your finger is not for map sensor that stays in the throttle. It's for the intake air temp sensor. All wiring reaches you just need to unclipped it from the black bracket under the stock IM. And pull it about a bit. The nib you are pointing at is for the fuel pressure reg.
-
Yeah will need to replace or extend that hose
-
Have a look at your car. It's an easy job. Just Takes a while.
-
Not if your reusing your throttle. Just ignore the bits that dont apply.

Awesome mate. What suspensions on it?? Not got forks on the rears

Sounds like a plan mate. Car looks sweet as it is anyway. But was just thinking might help with ya weird noise if you are going lower
-
If you want to go low. Assuming top arm not knocking. You should really loosen all the bolts on the arb and the arms. And retighten them once lowered. The lower you go your twisting all the bushes. Not to mention putting some real weird angles on the CV joints which could highlight a worn shaft.

I just use high tensile bolts from local hardware place. Ran them for years no problems. Less than a quid each.

I've had two brands Skunk and blox. Personally decided not to put sealant on as both were snug. Only a little under the mating surface of cap. Won't hurt to put a bit on just in case tho hey.

Hard race are the strongest best made camber arms for our cars IMO.

Getting quite toasty then.. curious as mine ran quite hot. Coolant doesn't go over 95. But oil temps were hitting about 120ish. Have oil cooler on now. Oil temp usually stays under 100 degrees now. If it's real hot out and giving it some or cruising at high speed for long periods. will get up to 110.

Jeez you do rack up some miles.
