Ooh mate going back a while there. I removed my aircon. And used that as an opportunity to remove the evaporator. But I do recall having to take the complete dashboard out to remove heater box to get at the matrix. How could I forget it

Like to keep it lookin subtle. Besides no where else to put it really.

Rhino lips are alright yeah. Red hoses be better than covering everything for sure. But I have to say red calipers and drums not my cup of tea.

Aye there is.

Got oil cooler fitted together. Bit awkward but it's in. Need to find a new home for the washer bottle now. Cut an Iping in fog light and slots in arch liner for airflow

Due to the high oil temps. Figure it would be wise to fit a billy bargain cooler. Then I can hopefully enjoy driving the car Instead of being paranoid it's gonna seize.

Possible I kind of have same issue with a new battery. But first things first check the alternator is charging the battery. Check voltage with car running. Should see around 14v. Least then you know if alternator is working

Not a lot to it really dude. Some sort of uprated fuel pump. 255lph or above. I've used a 340lph. Injectors. Either some nice expensive high impedance jobbies. Or in my case straight out of an evo with a resistor box. A full turbo kit or collect parts. Manifold, downpipe, intercooler and pipes oil feed and return kit Need to weld a oil return onto the oil pan. I also baffled the pan. Seemed sensible whilst out. Ideally a 3" exhaust. 2.5 will probably do if flows nicely. A set of gauges to keep things in check. An oil cooler it seems is required in my case. That's about it really. Oh and a decent clutch. Stock internals. Probably pushing it a bit hard really. Cast pistons will probably break at some point. It's at 10 psi.

Yeah it is racetech stuff with a few tweaks. And then even more tweaks because it didn't fit well at all. Picked it up today tuned. 325bhp. 320ish nm torque. It really goes very well. But seems to be running much hotter than I'd like so I'm going to fit a thermostatic oil cooler. Try and rein it in.

Looks amazing. Big fan of is 200. -
10w 40 semi synthetic is what's recomended. Use a decent brand like Mobil 1. Valvoline. Or millers.

Looks great phil. Love the yellow tint. Instantly perks front end a bit

Yeah it runs good. didn't have a huge amount of time. So Rich not finished mapping it yet. Looks like top power is gonna be conservative in favour of being reliable and not pushing it. But we'll see.
