    I imagine it won't be used on the public roads much but even on track I have the windows open, gets really hot for me.

    I always go for the impact driver, it's a legitimate use of a hammer School boy error though, I don't trust those scissor jacks at all and tend to use my trolley jack as much as possible with axle stands.

    Very easy mate. You'll need a 'Heater resister', can get them cheap off ebay and the module is located behind the glovebox. Shouldn't take more than ten minutes to replace.

    I don't know of any particular companies but maybe look at places who do full car wraps as a starting point?
