  1. Hi all, I have a 5dr 98 Civic MB2. I was planning to do some mods but I couldn’t find any clear side repeater/indicator lenses for it for sale. Any ideas please? thanks
  2. Well here it is installed in a car, bits and bobs still to do to finish off but its in and functional Big thanks to dave for his work and letting me finish off the project
  3. Hi ladies and gentlemen, I’m new to the forum. However I’ve owned a Honda since the day I passed my test, albeit a daily or a track car. I recently purchased an mb6 from a lady from the village I grew up in. The main reason for the post is to see if anyone knows how many white mb6’s were sold/are still about. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said they’ve never seen one in white
  4. Just asking if there is a common problem with water dripping onto the front seat belts? Sun roof is clear and not blocked (encase someone was to ask) and it only happens on the passenger side. I was originally thinking that it may have been the roof rails but on inspection there is no water running from the roof. Looking at how wet the belt gets I feel the car should be a few feet deep in water but it is not. The other annoying thing is underneath where the belt is bolted to the bottom of the car it is dry and no water is sitting so it is clearly running out of the car. And the carpet does not get saturated. It get a little wet but not very wet. Any advise greatly appreciated. Cheers.
  5. Hi everyone, I'm quite new here and I've just picked up my first ever 1997 Honda Civic today. I'm looking for some exhaust reccomendations because I'm not sure what fits and what doesn't. I'm not looking for anything crazy just something that makes the car sound a bit more fruity and looks good when sitting under the rear bumper arch. So far though the car runs and drives lovely absolutely chuffed with it. Cheers
  6. Hello guys, I've finally found a company which makes halfcages for our platform. So if you can put it in the tracktool, daily racecar, weekend turbo warrior, or just for the racecar looks. They have them as a weld in and bolt in. Even a DIy set if you'd like to build it yourselves. Even in multiple different colours! https://www.jp-cages.co.uk/product/honda-civic-mb6-half-cage/
  7. What is the your favourite mod that you've done to your Civic? Lets see your mods, post a photo of the mod too!

Civic5 How to guide No 8 - JDM style twin rear fog lights mod. This guide shows you how to modify your Honda Civic 5 door MA/MB rear lights to incorporate twin rear fog lights. This guide could also be used to do the same mod to the Honda Civic 5 door Aerodeck models too, although there may be some slight differences. Big thanks to member Dan1 for this great How To guide!
  9. Hi guys, does anybody know if Accord 16" speedline wheels will fit on MB6? cheers
  10. Ok, when parked up, how long does your battery stay charged in your Civic M? Let us know below! Also include whether you have an after market alarm turned on or not too. Know these cars seem to not like being left parked up with the battery connected for long periods of time, but looking to see what the average park up period is on them before the battery goes flat. And is it just a myth that it is the little clock in the dash that drains it? Use template below (copy/paste) Battery lasts: Alarm on?: Any extra info:
  11. Taken from our FB group.... Proper mb race car!! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1070779820018917&id=731654307264805 +6TPW Engineering Today was a special day for me as its not often you get to remap one if the iconic BTCC Super Tourers and this particular car is even more special as its the BT... 13. Mb2 1.4 with jdm 1993 h22a. Interior: rear stripped, wheel well deleted, will have buckets with harness and cage maybe in the rear. Battery relocated to boot. H22a engine, 1.6 non lsd gearbox (looking for a U2q7 same as my ATR) hks mushroom filter. lowered on coil overs all round apart from that the car is standard. not looking to sell because I’ve put too much work in but curious as to what it’s worth. I guess whatever someone is willing to pay but a ball park figure would be nice
  14. The three spoke steering wheel from HRV looks pretty good. My current one is wearing out a bit. Would it fit to MB6? SRS airbag compatibility? Number of splices? Safety of different air bag?
  15. Hi folks i have bought rover 400 door cards because mine are sagging and the back one is damaged, i like the rover ones better, because they have the trim all around the interior, and i like the look of it, just might wrap the trim but not sure in what color/effect would suit best on the long run. Now i wanted opinions on what color/type of fabric will suit best for my door cards, later ill be doing the headliner too but for now its just the doors.pics would be awesome Also opinion in which wrap should be used for the trim, if anybody has some custom interior i would love to see pictures. Mb6 has carbon inserts, anyone can show me how it is the look? i wonder if it will make the car fill too dark inside with the carbon...i got this new projects but i really need second opinions cause they will be somewhat permanent changes. be safe, peace out
  16. Hi there i tried to find the info for my tyre pressure everywhere but i get different opinions. At the tyre shop they said should be 2.5 BAR FRONT AND REAR, on the internet i found saying should be 2.0 bar front and 1.8-2.0 rear. My car has 14" rims and the tyre size is 175/65/R14 I would love to know the pressure honda recommended when the car was put together buu my car as already been painted and i have no sticker on door jam so i´m lost Also wanted to ask if our MB civics have rear wheel covers on the inside wheel arc facing back, cause my rear left wheel arc seems to have a plastic cover but on the other side doesn´t, not sure where i can get one or even if its missing or not. Thanks in advance
