Wow!! That looks bloody amazing mate! That's giving me the incentive to get stuck into DD and get hers all removed/new bushes/painted. The difference that's made is immense bud, really does look superb. Only problem I have is garage doesnt have room to work in just now, tools are all packed away in boxes, nowhere to get new bushes or paint cos it's all shut! Damn it!! lol

Been hell adjusting tbh. Gayle and me have both had it (or at least a doctor told Gayle over the phone she has it without seeing her/testing her) so we're self quarantine until a week on Monday. I've had similar symptoms to Gayle, so assuming I've probs got it (or whatever Gayle has got!). I work in IT as a helpdesk technician, but our whole helpdesk are now working from home with council devices, which is limiting what we can do. I thought I'd love working from home, but tbh, a week in and I'm already disliking it big time! It's the way some others are reacting that is pissing me off though, I mean the mere mention of any kind of epidemic and folk go mad and empty supermarket shelves. I mean seriously, wtf is it all about when folk come out of our local Aldi with trolleys stacked high with every kind of bloody loo roll you can think of. Bloody muppets. Now there's none in any shops, along with the antibacterial hand gel. Folk are just so bloody single minded and selfish! The rear bearings are a doddle to remove mate, least they were on Ruby. Them and the hub are one complete unit so easy to replace. I'd like to replace the rear disc shields and the caliper shields on DD too. They aint too bad, but would like brand new ones as the bottom edge of them has become jagged and thin. Fronts are the same. Don't fancy payong Honda's price though, that's bloody robbery right there!

That blue is really bright eh! Would suit that, although I do like the red you have on there just now.

Tell Roy and Clive I'm asking for them bud, if you mention the Aerodeck and Dawn they'll know who we are lol Can't remember the guys name that did DD's exhaust, he's a young guy (mind you be a lot older now! lol) who was into his Honda's too, had been with them for years. Honestly, DD's exhaust was like a work of art! the bends, the welds, totally perfect mate. You'll get a cracking job done there bud! Might take a spin up there this summer with DD and Mindy, be ace to catch up with them!

Indeed! So sooth I'd actually forgot just how comfortable these cars are when standard. She has lost the sharp turn in that the Meisters gave her, but on saying that had a play last night and even on the wet roads, she was really grippy. So handling is still good which I'm glad about. LOL "Function over Fashion", not heard that since the old Hondatech days when it was banded about as a JDM term. Yeah, did love the look with her lowered, looked sweet, but the function deffo needs to take priority now. Think maybe later down the line if I get another daily and DD returns to her retirement I might think about lowering. Will speak to Alex as would love to know more about the airbag suspension, see what that's like.

Yes mate, was really pleased how they'd survived the elements. Might still do the centre caps silver (as that's the oem colour) but still with the blue H's. Shes now back from garage on oem suspension! Know a few folk wont like the reverse modding, but it was needed to make her practical and also useable once the snow comes. Just been for a drive and she is soooooo smooth now over bumps and rough roads, just a really nice comfy place to be. Actually loving it and she just laughs at speed bumps now! Will also ensure her under carriage is kept in good condition. DD gonna be around for a very long time!

Winter tyres now on DD's OEM alloys, and fitted to DD. Looks weird! Soooooo....this will be the last photo of DD lowered. She's currently at the garage having her OEM suspension refitted. The oem stuff is in really nice condition, forgot Dawn had got new springs fitted to it not long before the MeisterR were fitted. Looking forward to not worrying everytime I see a speed bump, and knowing no more damage being done underneath with scraping on ramps etc. Also be nice to be able to just put the Jack straight under her when working on her instead of having to faff about driving her onto bits of wood just so I can get the Jack under! Will make maintaining her much easier.
