  1. My guess is filler primer might be intended for metal surfaces rather than plastic?
  2. I don't think there is dude *checks forum* there's a how to for building a motor, but not a clutch replacement. Have you got a copy of the service manual off here or a Haynes manual?
  3. Front should naturally be a bit lower anyway but looks just right in that last picture!
  4. Sounds easy enough! Maybe might notice a bit extra because of the increased airflow?
  5. Yes the green light is the factory fitted immobiliser doing it's job.
  6. Nice one Alex, I've pinned this thread as it'll be handy for others.
  7. Result then Dave! Yeah one thing I really like about them is being able to leave them in a high gear at silly low speeds and the fact it is still poky enough around town! I checked mine over and mechanically it's spot on, also no stored faults which is good. But I read the TPS are common to fail and the front Lambda as well but won't throw a light until completely dead. Glad you're happy with her again!
  8. Women and children wouldn't be safe around you Nice work Jake!
  9. No offence Maz but it sounds like you're not very patient. I can understand though, look how quickly I got the mods last year on the M! £200 will only cover a pair of tyres for the Type R, well for the ones I have in mind anyway. I can put £40 a corner tyres on it, but then there's no point in having a hot hatch if I can't use it properly because I was cheap about maintenance.
  10. If you think Meisters R are out of your budget, these wheels will make you have a nervous breakdown.
  11. Probably still has another 100k left in the block too!
  12. White wheels usually go with the blue well, might just be the picture, they look odd there.
