wshats this alarm look like, not heard of it before?

Ok, when parked up, how long does your battery stay charged in your Civic M? Let us know below! Also include whether you have an after market alarm turned on or not too. Know these cars seem to not like being left parked up with the battery connected for long periods of time, but looking to see what the average park up period is on them before the battery goes flat. And is it just a myth that it is the little clock in the dash that drains it? Use template below (copy/paste) Battery lasts: Alarm on?: Any extra info:

Well, I'm annoyed with DD! Went to go out last night to pick up some IT equip to get properly set up for work at home.....turned the key...nada, not even enough power to turn over the engine! Battery flat again! Was only just fully charged about a week and a half ago, and although she's been sitting, shes been on 1 decent run. Pee'd off now, going to buy a new battery and see how she fairs. Out of curiosity, how long can your Civic M's sit before battery is gubbed? Is it really the clock that drains it, or is it maybe the factory immobilizer? I don't put the alarm on when she's sitting at home, so just lock her with the oem fob.

Its a weird one! Back end (lights) look like a Merc? Its a big old thing aint it! Think it needs the rear side window to be bigger though so it at least looks more estatey (hey I made a new word!)

My fav bit of doing a car...the paint! Looks amazing mate, and those seats are uber cool. Looks like they were fitted at the factory! EP3 is a nice car to drive. Been a passenger in Adams (jalesie) EP3, and drove Krzs EP3 when he was up visiting. Had the FN2 at the time and EP3 was totally different to drive. Only thing I wasn't keen on (as was the case with the FN2) was the suspension was a bit stiff for me but that's just personal taste really. Had a go in Bladerider929's EP2 aswell. Obviously not anywhere near as quick as the EP3, but still a nice car to drive.

Yes thinking about it as it would make it easier to just rock up, park and plug her straight in. Saves the hassle of having to get the charger out, connect it to battery then connect it to power etc.

Not done much to DD lately tbh. She had a slow puncture (or so I thought) but turned out one of the Cades alloys had a tiny pinhole in the outer rim. Found a place locally that repaired it and hasn't leaked since! Also, as I'm working from home, she has been sitting in the drive. the usual civic M thing happened, after 2 weeks, battery stone cold dead. Got it charged again and have now bought a trickle charger that I'm going to fit to her (hard wire) then fit an outside mains socket next to where she parks so can just plug her straight in when she's not being used for a while. Does that mean shes electric? lol be the first Civic M that you plug in at night! lol DD is now very much uprated with technology seeing as shes a daily. She now has: Full Bluetooth Wireless phone charging Dashcam built into rear view mirror Rear camera Alexa Auto (can now just say to her "play such and such and hey presto, it plays. Great for getting a live traffic report too!) Her own 4G wifi network! With all the tech, she's actually really great to have as a daily now! Will get photos of everything later to show what shes got.

Bring back Neons they said!!!!!! lol So Craig did! Looks good mate! Love the job on the bump strips, been contemplating doing the same thing with DD's as the ones on the doors are pretty faded now. That looks so much better.

Already bought another Honda mate! One of the first things we had to do when we moved in. our Flymo wouldnt even look at that grass, couldnt get it to hover so was having to push it. Cutting all the grass took 2 days the first time, then about a few hours spread over a day and a half once we'd got it short. It was killing me! So we got a great deal on a brand new Honda petrol mower which has drive aswell so pulls itself along. Now takes me 45 mins to do whole garden! Honda Rocks! Dave>>>>

lol yes, i always loved an electric aeriel back in the day, meant you had a posh car/pose value lol Pic only shows a little of the back garden, it's absolutely huge.............................as is the side bit.................and the front! Seemed like a great idea at the time, now got so much to try and do to the garden as it's not been well kept!
