  1. Okay, voting closed. Congrats to @ammarbm.. Hard lines @dogg1210.. Was a close one. @Dave
  2. It's funny... I was thinking about that the other day when it was getting near. Don't worry though... No fear of that.
  3. Behind the hazard / rear heated screen buttons..... And in the head unit area I'm on my phone, and the trusty book is handy.
  4. That's how I did it as well.. Let's you keep the pressure on nice. Been a while since I had the console out, but there's a sneaky screw behind on of the switches or something. Sure that there's a how to on here (will be mega old though) if not, get the workshop manual from the downloads section
  5. I just ordered some ones off ebay.. Were pretty cheap and were the right size (or at least never noticed that they weren't right)
  6. Looks like a fun day man
  7. With the gear box mod 30 in 4th is about 2.2k, but in third it's just under 3k! I'd get loads of dodgy looks doing that Even more than usual.
  8. Been done once years ago by a camera van but it was before the course was around. A guy from work has though and he actually found it quite useful. Kept trying to tell me that i should be in third gear in a 30 limit though. I was like do you know how many revs is be doing?
  9. Excellent! We did a similar route a few years ago... Followed the rhine from holland, through Germany to Switzerland (briefly via France), then went on to Italy, Along the coast to cannes, then back up through France. Was excellent. Hope you enjoy it pal.

    Jobs....

    Sweet. That's some attachment!
  11. A little. I used the cable and bracket mentioned here but then struggled to see where to mount the bracket. I think that on gsr tegs people run it under the manifold, but I couldn't see how to do that. I had to put a bend in the bracket so that i could add it where it is in that pic above (using a longer screw / bolt). Needed a bit of tweaking in position to get it to pull right.
