    Yeah, for the rocker cover. Can't remember where I got them from now , but they never felt like the key was a good fit, was too much play so they were never going to be able to be tightened properly. These new ones were £1.30 Inc delivery or something from eBay for 10... They feel much better.

    Well, after not being able to torque them up properly in the first place for fear of chewing them up, and then being off and on a couple of times, I've had to replace the wee bolts that come with the skunk2 low profile fitting kit with these, because my mech obviously couldn't tighten them up after getting them loose last time. The replacements don't fit into the washers properly, but at least they can be tightened up. New one at top...chewed one at bottom. That's not the worst one either.

    From memory @KiNK43 had hardrace and was happy enough? Think that @burbleboy had skunk2 on his (now @dogg1210) mb6 and had a bit of bother at first. Could be wrong on those though

    Cheers Yep, same year i met the wife, so easy to remember how long. The deck'll be eighteen next year... Will have to take it out for a pint!

    Sorry, bad maths... Was 69k when i got her nearly 10yrs ago (next month), so 125k.. Still... Been a lot of fun as well as a lot of sitting in traffic

    Cheers jake. Going back to thinking that the expanding hose idea is just temporary.. Feel like there's some more power / responsiveness to be had low to mid revs by having a 3" smooth pipe. The end of the pipe has a female rubber opening so am thinking of grafting the two end pieces together without the corrugated bit, and using either a bents section of metal pipe, or even drain pipe

    Looks good man. The washer pipes look much tidier... Was there enough slack on them or did you have to add any?

    Totally agree, had a real struggle to even get the screws out of mine, and had to use mdf spacers to fit the new ones.
