    Wouldn't worry about the engine then... It's a spring chicken! 103 is nothing really... Mines got 190 and still going strong - just change the oil every 6 months and you're laughing. Air and oil filters, plugs and oil, and see where you are after that.

    Pretty sure that the mugen airbox for the dc2 takes the feed from the wheel arch... Could try that.

    Just to update on this, just got some vernier callipers to measure mine, and mines 24mm as well.
