    S80s do attract a premium (one of the reasons i got a type r final drive in my s9b). I suppose that once you factor in cost of getting the other gears from the s4c, then either cost or hassle of fitting, and it doesn't seem bad (especially if it has been restored). I'm sure the last time i was looking (good few years ago now though) s80s were going for about £600... Others might have a more up to date idea though.

    I'm trying to copy the mugen idea, and will be butchering the resonator (already part butchered) to act as the shield against drips and splashes.

    That pipe is just temporary.. It's far too big (and bumpy). Going to get a 3" steel pipe, but use that bog pipe to get from oval to round

    Test fit of temporary intake hose. Hmmm For some reason the other pics won't upload @Dave It's a flexible bog pipe. Rubber end squeezes in real tight and fits a treat, even with the oval hole. Takes a bit of squeezing the pvc pipe into an oval shape, but it's bang on for size. Won't fit past the resonator though, so it's going to have to wait till the weekend for that to come out.
