The swaps dead easy mate. You'll have the engine out of the 1.8 anyway. Mb6 are becoming rare but if you've got a tidy shell I'd be inclined to use that one.
  3. Yes twice on the same road people turning left across me. And third one someone overtook me wide then cut in front and pulled over. Then swung there door out, went straight into it. Caught my foot blood everywhere bout ripped my big toe off lol
  4. Bleedin el that's rough mate. Been knocked off 3 times myself actually. Not good fun is it really. Hope your ok
  5. Cars behaving great. Started buying bushes and parts to rebuild the suspension as that's next on The list. Gauges are now exposed so more visible. Loved having them covered but just wasn't practical. Found a home for boost controller. Made a bracket for that, on a magnet so can remove it for maintenance etc.. Otherwise just enjoying booting it around
  6. Was 195bhp iirc. Felt much better though tbh. Transformed the engine numbers aside just much more responsive. Had a whole host of bolt ons on aswell
  7. Just use any b series front bearings. Rear hubs are mb6/mc2 specific. They are available on eBay currently for 28 quid each which is a steal.
  8. Yeah the clips are called spire clips. There available in various sizes to suit. There is a bit of adhesive from new yes.
  9. Under the front wings. Towards the windscreen. And actually in the windscreen recess aswell.
  10. Skunk 2 tb are renowned for sticking. I used a s90 billet tb on my previous setup. Had no issues at all with that.
  11. Mine struggles cold aswell. Not sure why. It does idle but probably ticks over about 600 rpm and gradually creeps up over the first 30 seconds. I'll look into it soon. What new daily are you getting??
  12. Yeah should set it with Iacv unplugged. And usually a link in the 2 pin service plug. Altho sometimes that link is used for a different function on hondata software. So maybe check in the program. TPS is correct for OEM. But again depends what range is locked in on the hondata.
  13. In that case. Unplug iacv and Check base idle is set correct using idle screw on throttle body and check iacv works. Check TPS is calibrated correctly and tight.
  14. Does it stay running if you press accelarator a little?
  15. Yeah bet you've got a few quid invested in it now.
  16. Check basics like spark as above. Dizzys are a common fail. Do you have standard ecu, map sensor and Injectors? Try them See if works then.
