Not many grooves to be seen on them bad boys.. Guessing they're for track duties

Just remembered about the ombudsman for garages - might be worth looking into https://www.themotorombudsman.org/knowledge-base/what-should-i-do-if-im-unhappy-with-the-garages-work-on-my-car All about reasonable due skill and care - which should be easy to prove they haven't done that Don't know what would be more hassle - this or going to court.

Nice. See that it was at mallory Park this year.. Might keep my eyes peeled for where it is next year.. Could be worth a visit.

Dawns Civic Aerodeck Updated 28/5/13
dr_broon replied to crazzzydawn's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
Aw mate, you're having the run around with car problems at the minute. Do I remember that there was something about the rear hubs on the Decks that meant there was two different sensors - something to do with the number of splines or something like that? Might have been Ali who had the issue?- 919 replies

That's properly shocking! You'd hope that a big company like that would have better customer service from the hq. Glad that it's sorted in the end, but what a fecking nightmare!
-
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Better idea than from classifieds. Seems like an honest description of condition as well.

Going to keep an eye on this one as a bit of a barometer for where prices are. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255781375932?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=XAhmLVQZT5S&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=VPkI41u3Sse&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Nowt to do with me by the way, just saw it on Facebook.

Looking good! Those wheels look like kerb magnets though

Must admit I was wondering about that... I'd be getting proper grief ("I thought you said it wouldn't be long!") Nice one. Yeah, makes sense to be cautious.. After all that you've put into it so far.
-
Belter! Been wondering how it's been going. Probably said it before but it's a thing of beauty is that.

100%! My other worry is that there must be some of that plastic gets dissolved into the fuel and ends up in the engine. Sounds like a good way of getting loads of burnt cack coated on things that shouldn't have burnt cack on them.

@KiNK43 are these the large oem fogs that you've got? You had yours to bits not long ago? @RuifcNunes would be worth having a look at Jake's project thread.

Wow! That is the mutts nuts! Fair play, that looks like an amazing mod. What model is the roof from? I bet that totally transforms how it feels inside.

No worries mate, hope you get sorted.

Looking at the ecu it looks like there's 4 connectors needed? Would be worth looking at the sticker on the ecu with the barcode on, and check what model ecu it is (e.g. P73 / P72 etc), then do a bit of research to see what odb it is - you might need an odb adapter. Most ecus won't operate the Iab valves in the intake manifold, so that's something to be aware of as well (think only the p72 will do it)

dr_broon replied to RuifcNunes's question in SOS! Help!!
Nice one - must be handy to be able to print new parts... Good work and glad you sorted it. -
Looks smart.. How are you finding it? Back to the thread title matching the car I guess
